Mr. Mikulsky serves as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Ed Keible, President and CEO of Endwave. As COO, Mr. Mikulsky has overall responsibilities for Operations, Product Development and Business Unit Management. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Mikulsky served as Endwave’s Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Market and Business Development from 2000 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Mikulsky served from 1993 until 1996 as a Technology Manager for Balazs Analytical Laboratory, a provider of analytical services to the semiconductor and disk drive industries. Prior to 1993, Mr. Mikulsky worked at Raychem Corporation, most recently as a Division Manager for the Electronic Systems Division. Mr. Mikulsky holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Marquette University, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Management from the Sloan School at M.I.T.

Mr. Hebeisen serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, reporting to Ed Keible, President and CEO of Endwave. In his expanded role, Mr. Hebeisen's responsibilities include successful implementation of Endwave's merger and acquisition strategy, business development, corporate marketing, and investor relations. He joined Endwave in connection with the September 2002 acquisition of the wireless assets of Signal Technology's Wireless Group (SWG). From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Hebeisen was V.P. of Technology and Business Development for SWG, where he was responsible for engineering and sales divisions of the fixed wireless commercial business unit. Prior to 1999, Mr. Hebeisen was Director of Engineering and Sales, as well as an original founder of Advanced Frequency Products (AFP), a private millimeter wave transceiver start-up company that was later sold to Signal Technology. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Hebeisen held various RF and microwave design positions for both defense and commercial wireless applications with Alpha Industries and Raytheon. Mr. Hebeisen holds both BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Mr. Sacks has served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since February 2006. He joined the company in 2004 as Corporate Controller, after serving in this capacity for two successive companies – first, for Com21, Inc., a manufacturer of system solutions for the broadband access market; and next with Finisar, Inc., — a manufacturer of high-speed communication equipment for data and storage. Prior to 1998, Mr. Sacks worked in corporate finance at 3Com Corporation and as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Sacks is a C.P.A. in California with a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

Dan Teuthorn serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Division, reporting to John Mikulsky, COO. Mr. Teuthorn is responsible for setting the technology strategy and overall management of the Endwave product development and advanced device design teams. Additionally, Mr. Teuthorn is responsible for Endwave's Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance departments. Since joining Endwave in 1994, Mr. Teuthorn has progressed in his responsibilities from Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering positions. Prior to Endwave, from 1989 to 1994 Mr. Teuthorn was the Sr. Microwave Engineer responsible for the YIG oscillator product line at Ferretec Inc. Mr. Teuthorn began his career at Litton Solid State in the position of Microwave Engineer from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Teuthorn holds a BSEE from the University of California at Davis, MSEE from Santa Clara University, and MBA degrees from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley, and Columbia Business School, Columbia University.

Mr. Hall is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the high technology sector. He has a proven record of strategically positioning companies to succeed through profitable growth. He has a diverse background in all aspects of manufacturing companies having started his career in operations. He has a history of establishing strong partnerships with customers and suppliers, structuring businesses to succeed and building strong teams. His career spans working with technology start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. As co-founder of Bridgefront, LLC he was instrumental in assisting technology start-up companies to commercialize their technologies. At Trimble Navigation Mr. Hall was responsible for all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as corporate marketing. He was instrumental in developing and successfully integrating new business entities into the company by finding the necessary synergies and by blending disparate cultures. In a previous role he was responsible for managing four of Trimble's seven operating divisions. He used his general and project management, marketing and sales, operations and international expertise to enable these businesses to exceed all expectations. Earlier he started and led the division that developed and successfully marketed navigation systems utilizing GPS technology into automobiles. Under his guidance this business grew from a start-up to a highly profitable, $60M division with 40% worldwide market share in less than four years. Mr. Hall was at Raychem Corp. for 21 years in a variety of management positions including sales, marketing, distribution management, product management and operations. He is the past chairman of the American Electronics Association (AeA) International Committee, and member of the Executive Committee for the National Board of Director's. He was also chairman of the AeA Bay Area Council. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a Master of Business Administration with honors from California Polytechnic State University.

Mr. Crossen comes to Endwave after nearly five years as Senior Counsel at APX Incorporated of Santa Clara, a private Internet commerce company in the wholesale energy sector. Prior to APX, he spent 17 years at ESL Incorporated, a subsidiary of TRW's Space and Defense Group now owned by Northrop-Grumman. While there, Crossen excelled at a variety of contract management, project management, and Total Quality management assignments. Concurrently, he is a Senior Faculty Member (Law) at the University of Phoenix, and a retired Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Mr. Crossen earned a B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.

Mr. Winn has served as a director of Endwave since July 2000, and was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board in January 2005. From March 1992 to January 2000, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with TriQuint Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturer, most recently as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with Avantek, most recently as Product Group Vice President. Mr. Winn received a B.S. in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Winn serves as a member of the board of directors of Volterra Semiconductor Corporation and NASSDA Corporation.

Ed Keible is CEO of Endwave Corp. (Sunnyvale, CA), a Silicon Valley firm that manufactures high frequency radios for transmitting microwave data. Mr. Keible serves on the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Raychem (Menlo Park, CA), a large multi-national corporation. He is also a CAItech investor.

Mr. Stonestrom is President and Chief Executive Officer of Airspan Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIRN), a leading worldwide provider of WiMAX-based broadband wireless access networks and carrier class Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Wi-Fi Hotzone systems. Mr. Stonestrom joined Airspan at its inception in January 1998 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer in May 1998. Prior to joining Airspan, Mr. Stonestrom served with DSC Communications Corporation as a Vice President. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stonestrom worked at Bell Laboratories and at AT&T in a variety of senior technical and management positions. He received B.S., M.S. and M. Eng. degrees from the College of Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Lazzara joined the Endwave Board of Directors in February of 2004. From September 2006 to March 2008, Mr. Lazzara served as the Vice Chairman and a director of Omron Scientific Technologies, Inc. (formerly known as Scientific Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: STIZ)), a manufacturer of machine safeguarding products and automation sensors acquired by Omron Corporation, a publicly traded Japanese corporation, in September 2006. Prior to the acquisition of Scientific Technologies, Mr. Lazzara served as the Chief Executive Officer between June 1993 and September 2006, as the President of Scientific Technologies between 1989 and 2006 and as the Treasurer and a director of Scientific Technologies between 1984 and 2006. Previously, Mr. Lazzara worked for Hewlett-Packard Company. He is a past Member of the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association, the Board Executive Committee of the AEA and past Chairman of the AEA's Competitive Excellence Committee. In addition, Mr. Lazzara also served as past Chairman of the EHS Committee for the Association of Manufacturing Technology. Mr. Lazzara received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Meyercord has been Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since October 1994. He is President of Meyercord & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in executive compensation since 1987. From 1999 to 2002 he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of Rioport, Inc., an applications service provider for digital music distribution. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Diamond Multimedia Systems, Inc., a multimedia connectivity company, from 1997 to 1999; and Chief Executive Officer of Read-Rite Corporation, an electronic data storage company, from 1984 to 1987. He is a Director of Microchip Technology, Inc. since 1999, and of Endwave Corporation since 2004.
