Enerflex Systems Ltd.

Mr. Goertzen provides leadership and strategic direction to Enerflex's four regions worldwide. In June 2006, he was appointed to his current position of President and Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors. Mr. Goertzen joined Enerflex in 2003 as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2005 was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Enerflex, Mr. Goertzen was President of IPEC Ltd. from 1999 to 2002 and became Executive Vice-President of Flint Energy Services after Flint acquired IPEC in October 2002. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Goertzen was Vice President of Enserv Corporation and was appointed to Senior Vice President, Business Development of Precision Drilling Corporation after Precision acquired Enserv. In addition to his responsibilities at Enerflex, Mr. Goertzen serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Winalta Inc.

Mr. Stewart is responsible for the management of the information systems within the Company and its subsidiaries. This includes the deployment of information technology to optimize and enable processes or tools that create top-line and bottom-line value to help the organization achieve its strategic goals. Prior to joining Enerflex, Mr. Stewart was Vice President of Business Services at Superior Propane for eight years and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over a 13-year career in Information Services at Canadian Pacific Railway. He earned an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems and BA (French) from McMaster University, along with a BAdmin (Brock University) and Diplome d'Etudes Francaises (Universite de Franche-Comte).

Mr. Harbilas is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership in all financial affairs, reporting and corporate governance of Enerflex. He is a key member of the leadership team and plays an important role in developing corporate strategy and achieving financial performance. Prior to joining Enerflex, Mr. Harbilas was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of FortisAlberta Inc. Previously, he held senior positions in various financial capacities at SNC-Lavalin Group and AltaLink Management. Mr. Harbilas holds a Bachelor of Commerce and graduate diploma in accounting from Concordia University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, the Ordre des comptable agrees du Quebec and Financial Executive Institute.

Mr. Fried is responsible for leading Enerflex's sales and marketing organization, working closely with the regional and product line management groups to deliver the complete Enerflex single-source integrated solutions capability around the world. In addition, he assists in the evaluation of new technology and regional expansion initiatives that are complementary to Enerflex's current service capability. Prior to joining Enerflex in 2007, Mr. Fried held various engineering, management and executive level positions in energy services companies, after spending the first seven years of his career with a large Canadian-based oil producer.

Mr. Dropulich is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Enerflex's divisions in Australia and Southeast Asia, which provide specialized engineering, fabrication, construction, project management, supply and maintenance services to the oil and natural gas, mining, infrastructure and manufacturing industries. Previous to his appointment to this position in 2007, Mr. Dropulich was Group General Manager - Finance & Administration with Enerflex Australasia Holdings. Mr. Dropulich joined Enerflex in 2005 upon the acquisition of HPS Group, where he had held various positions for more than 12 years.

Mr. Khalik is responsible for Enerflex's operations in MENA, which provide engineering services, turnkey solutions, construction, sales and service, and maintenance for the oil and natural gas, petrochemical and power generation industries. Prior to joining Enerflex in 2008, Mr. Khalik held various engineering and executive positions with international engineering, procurement and construction companies in the Middle East. Mr. Khalik holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana State University and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.

Mr. de Jong is responsible for Enerflex's operations in Europe, which provide engineering services, turnkey solutions, construction, sales and service, and maintenance for the oil and natural gas, petrochemical, power generation and alternative energy industries. Prior to joining Enerflex in late 2008, Mr. de Jong held various international engineering, management, sales and executive positions in the airline industry, where he worked for more then 20 years. Mr. de Jong has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Delft, The Netherlands and also earned his MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit/Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Haughey, 52, joined the Fortis Inc. Board in May 2009. From 1999 through 2008, Mr. Haughey held several executive roles with Spectra Energy and predecessor companies. He had overall responsibility for its western Canadian natural gas midstream business, was President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectra Energy Income Fund and also led Spectra's strategic development and mergers and acquisition teams based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Haughey is a director of Enerflex Systems Income Fund and Pembina Pipeline Income Fund.

Mr. Geoffrey F. Hyland is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of ShawCor. Mr. Hyland retired from ShawCor in 2005 after a 37-year career with the company however he continues to serve as a director of ShawCor. Mr. Hyland is also a member of the board of directors for Fortis Inc. and Exco Technologies Ltd. He has been a member of Enerflex's Board of Directors since 1998. Mr. Hyland holds an Engineering degree (McGill University) and MBA (Schulich School of Business at York University).

Patrick Daniel was appointed to the Board on June 24, 2005. He is President & Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge Inc. and has more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector having served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Enbridge Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Interprovincial Pipe Line Inc. and President of IPL Energy (U.S.A.). Pat also serves as a director of EnCana corporation and Enerflex Systems Ltd. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Science degree from the University of British Columbia, both in chemical engineering.
