Energizer Holdings Inc.

Mr. Hatfield joined the Eveready Battery Company, Inc. in 1988 and has served in a number of capacities throughout the battery organization, both domestically and abroad. He served as Vice President, Europe, Marketing from 1997 to 1999 and as Vice President, North America and Global Marketing from 1999 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Hatfield served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and was named as President and Chief Executive Officer, Schick-Wilkinson Sword in 2007.

Mr. McClanathan joined Eveready Battery Company in 1974 with the Sales Department. He moved to the Marketing area as Product Manager in 1985 and became Director of Trade Marketing in 1992. In 1993, Mr. McClanathan was appointed Vice President, General Manager of Energizer Power Systems. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President, Chief Technology Officer for Eveready Battery Company. In June 1999, Mr. McClanathan was promoted to the position of Chairman, North America. Effective March 2002, he was named President, North America, and in 2004, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Energizer Battery.

Daniel J. Sescleifer joined Energizer in October 2000 as Executive Vice President, Finance and Control. Prior to joining Energizer, Mr. Sescleifer served as Vice President and Treasurer of Solutia, Inc.

Ms. Stratmann joined Eveready Battery Company, Inc.’s legal department in 1990. She served as Assistant General Counsel from 1996 to 2002 and as Vice President, Legal Matters – Operations of Eveready Battery Company from 2002 to 2003. Ms. Stratmann was named General Counsel of Energizer Holdings, Inc., in 2003.

Mr. Conrad joined Eveready Battery Company, Inc. in 1997 as Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Conrad served as Vice President, Human Resources for Protein Technologies International, Inc., a former subsidiary of Ralston Purina Company, from 1995 to 1997.

Prior to becoming President and Chief Operating Officer of Solutia, Mr. Hunter was President, Fibers, of Monsanto Company. He joined Monsanto in 1969 and advanced through the ranks to his current post, which he assumed in 1997. Born March 1, 1947 in LaGrange, Georgia, Mr. Hunter graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1969 with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City in 1977 with an MBA degree. From 1970 to 1972 he served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant in the Chemical Corps.
