FMC Technologies Inc.

Mr. Netherland served as Chairman of the Board of FMC Technologies from December 2001 until his retirement in October 2008. Mr. Netherland also served as Chief Executive Officer of FMC Technologies from 2001 to March 2007, when he retired as an executive officer of the Company. Mr. Netherland was President of FMC Technologies from 2001 to February 2006. Previously, Mr. Netherland served as a director of FMC Corporation from 1998 to 2001 and as Executive Vice President of FMC Corporation from 1998 until his appointment as President. Mr. Netherland was the General Manager of FMC Corporation’s Energy and Transportation Group from 1992 to 2001. Mr. Netherland became General Manager of FMC Corporation’s former Petroleum Equipment Group and General Manager of its former Specialized Machinery Group in 1985 and 1989, respectively. Mr. Netherland will continue to serve as a non-independent member of FMC Technologies' Board of Directors. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of the American Petroleum Institute, the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, Newfield Exploration Company and Tidewater Inc. Additionally, Mr. Netherland is a member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Engineering at Texas A&M University.

Robert L. Potter has served as a Vice President of FMC Technologies, Inc. since February, 2001. Since 1995, Mr. Potter served as Division President of the Energy Processing Systems of FMC Technologies, Inc. Mr. Potter joined FMC in 1973 as a Sales Representative for the Wellhead Equipment Division and held several sales management positions over the years. He was named Operations Manager in Houston in 1988. Mr. Potter became manager of the Western Region of the Wellhead Equipment Division in 1990 and Division Manager of its Fluid Control Division in 1992.

John joined FMC's corporate office in Chicago as a Financial Analyst in 1975 and moved to assume the position of Asst. Division Controller and subsequently Materials Manager of our Automotive Service Division in 1977. In 1980, he moved to the FMC Defense Division as Assistant Purchasing Manager and in 1981 was named Materials Manager of the FMC Ordnance Division. John joined the Wellhead Equipment Division in 1983 and held various plant, operation and region manager positions in the US. He was posted to Singapore as General Manager of the Asia Pacific / Middle East Region in 1990. He returned to the US in 1995 as the General Manager, Fluid Control Division and later was named General Manager, Energy Production Systems. He was promoted to Vice President Energy Production Systems in February 2006 and named Executive Vice President in January 2007. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business at Lewis and Clark College and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of California - Berkeley. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association and the Offshore Energy Center. He is also a member of the Secretary of Defense Advisory Board for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

Tore joined Kongsberg Offshore AS in 1980 as Technical Manager, Subsea Systems. In 1993 FMC Technologies purchased Kongsberg Offshore and Tore was promoted to Director, Subsea Systems. In 1994, Tore became Managing Director of FMC Kongsberg Subsea AS. In 2002, Tore was promoted to Vice President responsible for FMC Subsea activities in Europe, Africa, Canada and Asia Pacific. In 2007, Tore was promoted to Senior Vice President responsible for FMC Subsea global activities.

Jeffrey W. Carr has served as our Vice President and General Counsel since April 20, 2001. He joined FMC Corporation in November 1993 as International Counsel in Philadelphia, and in 1997 became Associate General Counsel for FMC's energy and airport systems business groups. In addition, he is the corporate attorney responsible for the design and implementation of the FMC-ACES law firm engagement model, FMC's in-house International Corporate Compliance Programs, and FMC's intranet legal support program. Prior to joining FMC, Mr. Carr practiced international trade law in Washington, DC with Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Wald Harkrader & Ross and was a law clerk to Judge Schwartz (USDC-Del). He also founded and managed International Advisory Services Group, Ltd., an international trade policy, investment banking, and commercial consulting firm with offices in Washington, Prague and Manila. Mr. Carr has extensive experience in commercial counseling, litigation, arbitration, acquisitions, alliances, joint ventures, privatizations, international trade law, customs, and export control. Mr. Carr received a BA with honors in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a JD with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center. He was an Articles Editor for Georgetown Law Journal and completed over 30 hours of post-graduate study in Georgetown's foreign service program.

Mr. Podesta is former Vice-chairman of the Board of Food Processing Machinery Europe (FPME), a trade association that groups the leading global suppliers to the food industry. Until recently, Mr. Podesta was a Board member of The Council of the Americas, a leading business organization committed to promote and support free trade, democracy, and the rule of law throughout the Americas.

Mr. Burguieres has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EMC Holdings, LLC since 2000. Mr. Burguieres is Vice Chairman of the Houston Texans, Chairman of The J.M. Burguieres Co., Ltd., and Chairman Emeritus of Weatherford International. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Burguieres served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cameron Iron Works, Inc. Mr. Burguieres served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Weatherford International from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Burguieres currently serves as a director of Newfield Exploration Company.

Mr. Larsen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saga Petroleum ASA from January 1979 until his retirement in May 1998. He served as President of Sagapart a.s. (limited) in 1973 and from 1976 as Vice President (Economy and Finance) of Saga Petroleum. From 1966 to 1973, Mr. Larsen was a manager of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. Mr. Larsen is currently Chairman of the Board of Belships ASA and Vice Chairman of the Board of Saga Fjordbase AS. Mr. Larsen also serves on the boards of Selvaag Gruppen AS, GreenStream Network Oyj (Helsinki) and Lundin Petroleum AB (Stockholm).

Ms. Devine served as President and Managing Director of ExxonMobil Corporation’s Norwegian affiliate, ExxonMobil Norway, Inc., from 1996 to 2000. Prior to the merger of ExxonMobil, she served as Secretary of Mobil Corporation from 1994 to 1996. From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Devine managed Mobil’s international government relations. From 2000 to 2003, Ms. Devine was a Fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Prior to joining Mobil, Ms. Devine served 15 years in the United States government in positions at the White House, the American Embassy in Paris, France, and the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Devine serves on the Board of Directors of Det Norske Veritas (DNV), The Woodstock Center at Georgetown University and John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT). She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mike R. Bowlin served as Chairman of Atlantic Richfield Company from 1995 until his retirement in April 2000. In addition, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer from July 1994 until April 2000. From 1992 until his election to Chief Executive Officer of ARCO in 1994, Mr. Bowlin served as Executive Vice President and then as President and Chief Operating Officer of ARCO. Mr. Bowlin joined ARCO in 1969 and became President of ARCO Coal Company in 1985. He served as ARCO International Oil and Gas Company's Senior Vice President from 1987 to 1992 and President from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Bowlin serves on the Board of Directors of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation and Horizon Health Company. He is a Trustee of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council and a former Chairman of the Board of API.

Thomas M Hamilton has served as a director of TODCO since May 2004. Mr. Hamilton is the founder and co-owner of Medora Investments, LLC. He served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of EEX Corporation from January 1997 until his retirement in November 2002. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Hamilton served as Executive Vice President of Pennzoil Company and as President of Pennzoil Exploration and Production Company. Mr. Hamilton was a director of BP Exploration, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Frontier and International Operating Company of BP Exploration from 1989 to 1991 and as the General Manager for East Asia/Australia/Latin America from 1988 to 1989. From 1985 to 1988, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Exploration at Standard Oil Company, prior to its being merged into BP. Mr. Hamilton is also a director and member of the audit committee of FMC Technologies Inc. and is a member of the board of directors of Methanex Corporation.
