"Dr. Subhendu Guha is a world-renowned authority in photovoltaic technology, with many years of experience in the development and manufacture of solar panels. He serves in many national and international photovoltaic committees, including the Advisory Board of National Center for Photovoltaic — the body responsible for directing and implementing the U.S. Department of Energy's strategy in photovoltaic. His work has received recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy, Bright Lights Award, and the Discovery Magazine, Environment Category.
Dr. Guha has a Ph.D. in Electronics. Before joining United Solar Ovonic in 1990, he served as Vice President of Photovoltaics and Information at ECD Ovonics."

Nancy M. Bacon is Senior Vice President of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD) in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The company is a leader in the development of advanced clean energy and information products. At ECD Ms. Bacon's responsibilities include government relations including administration of proposals and contracts, financing and business development including interactions with major international corporations for the commercialization of ECD's technologies; negotiations for establishment of joint ventures and the licensing of company technologies. Ms. Bacon is a member of the boards of directors of: United Solar Ovonic Corp. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ECD), Sovlux Ltd. and Sovlux Battery (ECD's solar and battery joint ventures with KVANT and the Russian Ministry of Atomic Energy), Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), and the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan . In 1997, Ms. Bacon was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's "Most Influential Women". Ms. Bacon, a CPA, has a B.S. in Accounting, and prior to joining ECD was a manager at Deloitte & Touche.

George Uzoni majored in Mechanical Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. He has over 28 years experience in the Engineering/Tool Manufacturing Industry. Currently, George serves as the Engineering and Design Supervisor for Energy Conversion Devices. George played soccer for the Hamilton Red Stars Soccer Program-Ontario, and played college soccer. He continues his pursuit of the game with various soccer clubs in Detroit. George has been an invaluable member of our Athletic Field Complex committee. He has assisted greatly with the design and implementation of the entire project.

"Mr. Frey is an assistant professor of global management and business ethics and serves as the director of the Business Ethics Center at Seidman School of Business, Grand Valley State University, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He joined Herman Miller, Inc. in 1996, where he was an executive vice president and member of the executive committee and president of Herman Miller International, accountable for international strategic planning, manufacturing, sales and marketing until his retirement in 2002.

Stephen Rabinowitz was appointed a Director of the Company in October 2004. He retired in 2001 from his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable Corporation, a leading manufacturer of electrical, communications and utility cable. Prior to joining General Cable as President and Chief Executive Officer in 1994, he served as President and CEO of AlliedSignal Braking Systems, and before that as President and CEO of General Electric’s Electrical Distribution and Control business. He also held management positions in manufacturing operations and technology at the General Electric Company and the Ford Motor Company. Mr. Rabinowitz is also a director of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENER). He is Chairman of the Company’s Compensation and Succession Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
