David co-founded EnerNOC in 2001 and has served as the company's President since inception. In February 2007, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and currently oversees the organization's Operations and Engineering efforts. David has taken an active role in helping to shape demand response markets throughout the country and has pioneered efforts to make customer participation in these markets more simple and effective through the use of improved data communications and automation technologies. Prior to EnerNOC, David worked at Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ:BCON), a manufacturer of energy storage and power conversion technologies for the renewable energy and distributed generation markets. David also evaluated emerging energy technologies for Winslow Management Company, an environmentally-focused investment management firm, and developed corporate strategies for SolarBank, a global capital fund for the financing of solar energy systems. David holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Wesleyan University, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Darren manages EnerNOC's Operations, Engineering, and Information Technology teams, and supports the company's continued efforts to expand into new markets. He has deep experience in customer service, advanced metering infrastructure, and energy efficiency solutions in the utility industry. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Darren served as Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Washington-based Puget Sound Energy, a subsidiary of Puget Energy (NYSE: PSD). Darren has also held senior and executive management positions with a focus on customer service operations, business development, and corporate finance at Irvine Associates Merchant Banking Group, Orcom Solutions, PacifiCorp Financial Services, Citibank, and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Darren received a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Arthur Coviello, Executive Vice President, EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and President, RSA, the Security Division of EMC, serves on EnerNOC's Board of Directors and is a member of the Company's Audit Committee

Gregg leads EnerNOC's sales and business development efforts worldwide to both utility and end-use customers. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Gregg was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Hess Microgen, the leading provider of commercial onsite cogeneration systems and services in the United States. As a highly recognized expert in distributed generation, Gregg pioneered efforts to bring more than 100 cogeneration systems to leading grocery, hospitality, commercial property, and manufacturing customers and developed Hess Microgen's Internet-based monitoring system, CONIFER. Gregg was also Partner at Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised global Fortune 1000 technology, consumer products, and energy clients on customer and product strategy, economic choice analysis, and new business model development. Gregg graduated from Boston College with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science and he is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, and Certified Sustainable Development Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers.

Doug currently manages EnerNOC's Distributed Generation projects and is responsible for EnerNOC's Demand Response Auditing operations including, audit preparation and review, customer support, review of technical procedures, staffing, and management of regulatory affairs. He counsels customers on appropriate energy management and demand response technologies, including applicable funding opportunities through agencies such as NYSERDA, CEC, and electric utilities including ConEd, LIPA, SCE, N Grid, and PG&E. Doug has nearly 30 years of experience in the power industry having worked in renewable energy, building design and architecture, electrical engineering, energy research and consulting, and energy procurement at companies such as XENERGY, R.W. Beck, and Platts/ESource. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Doug was Vice President of Engineering for ConsumerPowerline, where he led a team of engineering and operations personnel to develop product and service applications in the areas of demand response, demand-side management, and distributed generation. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell and has completed graduate studies at Princeton. He is a registered professional engineer in nine states, a Certified Demand-Side Management Professional, a Certified Energy Manager, and a Certified Cogeneration Professional.

Richard Dieter serves on the EnerNOC Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and serves on the Compensation Committee. He is a retired Accounting and Audit Partner, Arthur Andersen; a former member of AICPA Auditing Standards Board; and the Former Chairman of the AICPA-SEC International Task Force. He received his M.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his B.S. from Boston University.

TJ Glauthier serves on the EnerNOC Board of Directors, is the Chairman of both the Company's Nominating and Governance Committee, as well as the Compensation Committee, and serves the Audit Committee. He is President and CEO, Electricity Innovation Institute. Previously he has served as the Deputy Secretary and COO, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.

William D. Lese has served as a Director since June 2003. Mr. Lese co-founded and since October 2001 has served as a managing director of Braemer Energy Ventures, LP, a venture capital management company focused exclusively on investing in early to mid-stage energy technology companies in the United States and Canada. He also serves on the board of directors of Celunol Corp., CoalTek, Inc. and Utility Associates, Inc. and is Chairman of the Board of Solicore, Inc. Mr. Lese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and a Master of Science in Energy Sciences from New York University
