Mr. Kerr has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been a director since May 2001, when he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kerr was Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mark Resources when it was reorganized into EnerMark Income Fund in 1996, at which time he commenced employment with the Enerplus Group of Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1979.

Robert Waters is our founder and has been our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Director since the company's inception. Robert Waters has spent his working career in the public stock market industry. In 1978, Mr. Waters graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver with a degree in Political Science. In 1982, Mr. Waters graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada with a Masters in Business Administration. He also achieved a two-year course in Finance and Investment at Vancouver City College. From July 1982 to December 1982, Mr. Waters was a personal financial planner for Executive Financial Services, a financial planning firm. From January 1983 to September 1983, he was a manager at Nyco Group of Companies. From January 1984 to March 1984, he was a consultant with George S. May International, a management consulting firm. From April 1984 to September 1984, Mr. Waters was a Vice President at Globe Business Consultants, a management consulting firm. From November 1984 to March 1988, Mr. Waters was a stock broker for Levesque Securities National Bank Financial, a brokerage firm. From March 1985 to October 1988, he was an instructor at The Canadian Securities Institute, a firm which provided licensing for stock brokers. From May 1985 to February 1987, Mr. Waters was an instructor on taxation and personal financial planning at Langara College. From March 1988 to November 1988, he was a stockbroker for Davidson Partners, a brokerage firm. From December 1988 to November 1989, he was a stockbroker for Pacific International Securities, a brokerage firm. From December 1989, to September 1998, Mr. Waters was a stock broker for Georgia Pacific Securities, a brokerage firm. From September 1998 to July 1999, he provided consulting services to Business Development, a business consulting firm. From September 1999 to September 2000, he provided Las Vegas from home.com services related to public and broker relations and financial analysis. From September 2000 to September 2003, Mr. Waters was the President of ASDAR Group, an oil and gas exploration firm. On March 4, 2002 Robert resigned as president and remained a director of ASDAR which changed its name to Precise Life Sciences Ltd. and attempted to purchase a 31.6% interest in a biotechnology company, ACGT Corporation. The transaction was not consummated and Mr. Waters was reappointed president of ASDAR in July 23, 2002. On February 18, 2003 the company changed its name to Iceberg Brands Corporation in a failed attempt to acquire Iceberg Drive-Inn, a quick service restaurant chain. On September 8, 2003 the company changed its name to Avalon Gold Corporation and pursued the development of Nevada mining claims. On November 30, 2004 Robert Waters resigned as President, Director and Chief Executive Officer.

"Mr. Le Dain joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President of Marketing in September of 2006. Mr. Le Dain brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development and marketing. Mr. Le Dain worked at UBS Commodities Canada Ltd. for the past four years, most recently as Executive Director responsible for business development related to natural gas, power, and crude oil physical and financial assets. Prior to UBS, Mr Le Dain worked with Enron Canada Corp. in energy marketing and power plant development, ultimately assuming responsibility for wholesale natural gas marketing across Canada. Mr. Le Dain worked for nine years at Shell Canada Limited in operations engineering, oil sands development and natural gas marketing. He began his career at Husky Oil Operations Ltd. as a project engineer with the Bi-Provincial Upgrader project. Mr. Le Dain holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Queen's University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary. "

"Mr. Dundas joined the Enerplus group as Vice-President and Director, Business Development in December 2002. Mr. Dundas leads the group responsible for identifying and pursuing acquisition-related opportunities and new business development. Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Dundas was Vice-President, Merchant Capital with El Paso Merchant Energy Canada Inc. where he led a team which managed a portfolio of oil and gas investments and pursued other energy-related merchant business opportunities. Prior to his service at El Paso Merchant Energy Canada Inc., Mr. Dundas was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for a public biotechnology company. From 1996 to 2000, he was a Director in the Merchant Capital group of Enron Canada Corp. Mr. Dundas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1995. "

"As Vice President, Development Services, Mr. Stevens is responsible for all drilling/completion, facilities, land and Environment, Health and Safety services for the organization. He was appointed to this position in 2003. Mr. Stevens joined Enerplus in late 1996 in the drilling and completion area and has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Fund's drilling activity. Mr. Stevens has a Petroleum degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and previously held the position of Drilling Superintendent for Fletcher Challenge, Petrostar and Westcoast Petroleum. "

"Mr. McCoy joined Enerplus as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in December 2002. As a member of the executive team, his primary focus is to provide the Fund with legal support in the areas of equity and debt financings, acquisitions and divestitures, day-to-day oil and gas operations, dispute resolution and litigation matters, corporate secretarial functions and adherence to securities law requirements associated with public issuer status in both Canada and the United States. Mr. McCoy has over nineteen years of practical experience working in the oil and gas sector for corporations such as EnCana, Conoco, Westcoast Energy, Gulf and Home Oil, both domestically and abroad. Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1987."

"Ms. Koury joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President, Corporate Services in October 2006. Ms. Koury brings over 25 years of experience in developing human resources processes and practices including organizational alignment and leadership development. For ten years prior to joining Enerplus, Ms. Koury provided consulting services to a variety of oil and gas companies nationally and internationally. Her areas of focus were leadership development, team performance improvement and alignment of human resource policy and practice to business objectives. Prior to her consulting practice, Ms. Koury worked in Human Resources for Imperial Oil Ltd. in a series of positions of increasing responsibility. Ms. Koury graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She also holds a diploma in Business Administration from Red River Community College in Winnipeg, Manitoba."

Ms. Caza joined Enerplus in 1996 and has been working in the area of Investor Relations since that time. She was appointed to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations in 2000 and in 2008 this position was broadened to Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Ms. Caza is responsible for all Investor Relations activities as well as corporate communication and community investment.

"Mr. Young joined Enerplus as Vice President, Land in November 2008. Mr. Young is a land professional with over 25 years of direct land experience. He possesses a wealth of technical skills combined with diverse business experience in the industry. Mr. Young began his career at Imperial Oil and for 13 years held positions of varied and increasing responsibility before his departure to Archer Resources and then to Zargon Oil and Gas where he was the Vice President of Land for ten years. During the last year and a half, Mr. Young consulted to a variety of Oil and Gas clients, and most recently held the position of Vice President, Land at Avant Garde Energy. Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Commerce (1980) degree from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick. "

"Mr. Kawa joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President, Information Services in January 2007. Mr. Kawa brings a wealth of industry experience with both an information system technical, and oil patch business background, which will deliver value and measurable productivity gains while maintaining strong infrastructure support. Mr. Kawa has over 15 years in the industry working for a variety of oil companies (Norcen, Paramount, Petromet, Burlington and ConocoPhillips), TransCanada Pipelines, as well as entrepreneurial software companies (NrG Information Services and ACDAT Software Systems) in a variety of technical system integration and management roles. Mr. Kawa has a Business Administration diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Commerce degree through Athabasca University. "

"Mr. Daniels joined Enerplus as Vice President Oil Sands in December 2007. He started his career in the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen working with Chevron Petroleum in various technical roles. For the past 23 years, he has held various management positions with Conoco UK Limited and most recently with ConocoPhillips Canada as Vice-President Surmont Development. In addition to his significant technical experience in conventional oil and gas production, he brings extensive experience in the development and management of oil sands projects in Canada. Mr. Daniels holds a Masters of Business Administration from Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University. "

"Mr. Kehrig is a professional engineer with over 25 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kehrig was a manager in the Business Development group with Enerplus for approximately six years prior to his promotion to Vice President of Resource Development in October 2008. Throughout this time he was a key contributor in all of the major acquisitions that Enerplus closed over the years. Mr. Kehrig graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.E. (Great Distinction) and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering."

Mr. Gray is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in oil and gas. Mr. Gray joined Enerplus as Controller, Finance in June 2002 and was promoted to Vice President, Finance in February 2005. He graduated from Queen's University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree and began his career with KPMG LLP specializing in assurance and advisory services to the oil and gas industry attaining the position of Manager. Mr. Gray joined Berkley Petroleum Corp. in 1998 as Manager, Financial Reporting and was promoted to Controller in 1999.

Mr. Roane has been a director since June 2004. Mr. Roane spent almost 20 years in the Canadian financial services industry, working in increasingly senior roles in corporate banking, investment banking and the management of investments in marketable securities. He presently serves as a director of a number of other Canadian public and private companies. Mr. Roane holds a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA.

Mr. Martin joined the Board of Directors in July 2000 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in June 2001. Prior to founding Charles Avenue Capital Corp., Mr. Martin was Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Pursuit Resources, a public oil and gas corporation acquired by EnerMark Income Fund in 2000. He currently serves on the board of directors of a number of non-profit, public and private companies. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and an MBA in finance (with honours). He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1969.

Mr. Woitas joined the Board of Directors in March 2008. Mr. Woitas has been actively involved in the upstream energy sector. He was co-founder in 2000 of privately held Profico Energy Management Ltd., prior to Profico he was President and CEO of Renaissance Energy Ltd. He is currently Chairman of the Board for Range Royalty LP, a private energy venture. Mr. Woitas is also on the Board of Directors of EnCana Corporation, NuVista Energy Ltd, and a number of private energy firms. Mr. Woitas holds an engineering degree from the University of Alberta.

Mr. O'Brien joined the Board of Directors in March 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Board of EnCana Corporation and Chairman of the Board of the Royal Bank of Canada and is a director of a number of public, private and non-profit companies. Mr. O'Brien was Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer of PanCanadian Energy Corporation when it merged with Alberta Energy Company Ltd. to form EnCana. Mr. O'Brien was also the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Pacific Limited. Mr. O'Brien received his B.A. (Honors Economics) from Loyola College in 1962 and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University. He also has an Honorary Doctorate of Civil law and an Honorary Bachelor of Applied Business and Entrepreneurship (International).

Mr. West has been a director since April 2003. With over 40 years of experience in the Canadian and international oil and gas industry, Mr. West worked in various positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately retiring from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rigel Energy in 1999. Mr. West currently serves on the Board of Directors of a publicly traded oil and gas company and a seismic data company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Physics.

Mr. Dodge joined the Board of Directors in May 2004 and is recently retired following a 35-year career with Canadian Pacific Railway. He was Chief Operating Officer from 2001 until his retirement in March 2004. Prior to 2001, Mr. Dodge held other senior roles including Executive Vice President of Operations for Canada and the U.S., as well as Chief Executive Officer of a Minneapolis based railroad. Mr. Dodge holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA.

Mr. Wheeler joined the Board of Directors in January 2001. He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked in Canada, Libya, Denver and London, England. Mr. Wheeler was operator of his private company before founding Cabre Exploration Ltd. in 1980, and was Chairman of the Board until EnerMark Income Fund acquired Cabre in December 2000. He is currently a director of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Wheeler holds a degree in Geology.

Mr. Seth joined the Board of Directors in September 2005. With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of oil and gas reserve evaluations, Mr. Seth was previously Chairman of McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. (“McDaniel”), a Calgary-based engineering consulting firm. Prior to his appointment to Chairman, Mr. Seth held the position of President and Managing Director of McDaniel. Mr. Seth holds a BA Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
