Enfora Sa

Prior to founding Enfora, Mark was executive vice president of INET, co-founder and a key member of management that lead the company through its successful IPO in May 1999. Immediately afterwards, he founded Enfora and then acquired the wireless data assets of INET in September 1999. Mark received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and attended the University of Texas at Dallas MBA program. Mark also spent time with a leading defense contractor from 1986-1989.

Scott joined Enfora upon its inception. As the vice president of technology and chief technical officer, Scott is responsible for setting Enfora's technology direction. He played a key role in leading Enfora's technology migration from CDPD to GSM/GPRS product development. Prior to joining Enfora, Scott worked with INET Technologies as part of the hardware design team responsible for CDPD products. He also brings 10 years of RF design and systems background from Texas Instruments Defense and Electronics Group including the design and development of electronic warfare systems. Scott graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Robert joined Enfora in March 2004 as senior vice president, corporate development and legal affairs. In that role, he manages, or is integrally involved in the management of, strategic opportunities, business relationships and contract negotiations. Before joining Enfora, Robert practiced technology and business law in Dallas, Texas, for more than 14 years. During that time, he represented a variety of technology companies, from startups to multinationals, in a wide array of legal and business matters. Robert holds a JD from the University of Texas at Austin, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Fernando joined Enfora in September 2006 as the vice president and GM of the Latin American Region. In this role, he is responsible for all sales and business activities within the region. Prior to joining Enfora, Fernando was the vice president of the Wireless Data Division of Brightstar where he drove the distribution and promotion of data-centric devices, increasing sales by 75%. Fernando has also held management roles at notable companies such as U.S. Robotics, Motorola and Eveready Battery Company. Fernando holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana, a Marketing Diploma from the Instituto Technologico de Monterry, Mexico and attended the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania.

Hal joined Enfora in October of 2004 as vice president of development. His experience includes executive stints with leading companies in the telecommunications, call center, software, POS, IT management, video processing and VoIP sectors. Hal was a part of the team that took Intecom, Inc., a networking company, public in 1982. He ran multiple operations within the company including business development, product management and spent 12 years as the VP of marketing and strategic planning of the $100M firm. In addition, Hal was heavily involved in the creation and sale of the company's Selsius VoIP unit to Cisco. Hal holds a BS degree from Tennessee Technological University.

James joined Enfora in February 2007 as vice president and general manager, APAC. In this role, he is responsible for all sales efforts including strategy development and implementation, market development and all sales and channel efforts. Prior to joining Enfora, James came from Cisco Systems, Inc. where he worked for seven years, initially leading APAC's wireless-LAN efforts. From there he served in various roles including business development, product management and product marketing. Before joining Cisco, James spear headed Aironet Wireless Communications (a wireless-LAN start up) successful entry in to APAC. He also served as a senior analyst with the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), helping European and Japanese companies enter APAC markets. James holds a BA from Boston University in International Relations with a focus on China.

Robert A. Schriesheim has served as a director since May 2006 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer since October 2006. From 2002 until October 2006, he was a general partner of ARCH Development Partners LLC, a technology venture capital fund. From 1999 to 2002, he was executive vice president of corporate development, chief financial officer, and a director for London, England-based Global Telesystems, Inc., a $1 billion revenue publicly traded provider of telecommunications services to businesses throughout Western and Central Europe and Russia, backed by George Soros and affiliates, where he led the financial restructuring and sale of the company. Previously, he held various executive positions at SBC Equity Partners, Ameritech, AC Nielsen, and Brooke Group Ltd. He also currently serves on the boards of publicly-traded Alyst Acquisiton Corp., MSC.Software Corp., Skyworks Solutions Inc., several private technology companies and served on the board of Dobson Communications until its sale to AT&T.
