Dow Jones Description

Enfora was formed in 1999 as a privately-held company headquartered in Dallas, Texas with satellite offices in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Enfora is an experienced developer of wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) modules and platforms that accelerate the rollout of tracking, location and remote-monitoring and control solutions. By relying on Enfora's technology and expertise, our customers have more time for their end product, and their core business. Technology partnerships with Texas Instruments, Microsoft and others enable Enfora to bring the capabilities of voice and data to M2M. Over 60% of our professional staff is composed of degreed engineers and technical support personnel. This results in a rare concentration of talent enabling Enfora to create innovative solutions for the M2M market. Enfora's core engineering team averages more than 10 years experience, with its senior members having close to 20 years experience in designing and integrating wireless solutions. To complement Enfora's staff, we have established a strategic alliance with Texas Instruments (TI), who is responsible for the core GSM/GPRS chipset and firmware in our products. We leverage TI's engineering and testing resources ensuring our ability to bring a first class product to market.
