Alice Owings is a principal in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Tax Group.A Her practice focuses on the negotiation and documentation of corporate reorganizations, including asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions and mergers, as well as on financing transactions, both on the domestic and international fronts.A Her client base includes private as well as public companies and encompasses the range from entrepreneurial to institutional clients. In connection with those transactions, Ms. Owings counsels clients in connection with anti-trust analysis and filings in connection with corporate reorganizations.A A She also regularly advises lenders taking equity stakes, warrants or other 'equity kickers' in secured mezzanine and unsecured lending transactions and conducts in-house seminars for her clients in that specialized area.A Ms. Owings is a long-time member of the ABA Entertainment and Sports Law Forum and pursues her interest in sports law by keeping current on legal and business issues facing teams and leagues. Ms. Owings is a co-founder of ENGAGE, a not-for-profit women's organization whose mission is to combine a commitment to philanthropy and education on issues important to women with networking for Chicago area professional women.

Carleen is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from Cornell University with a major in Natural Resources and a minor in Southeast Asian Studies. She was an ENGAGE Global Citizen during Summer-Fall 2004, working with the CIEE-Khon Kaen (Thailand) Global Citizen Program and with local communities on water and dam development issues. Carleen now works with ENGAGE as the Director of Finance and Special Projects, focusing on managing and coordinating ENGAGE's membership, finances, and organizational development. Aaron began leading worship in the summer of 1998 at the JH Ranch, a Christian camp in Northern California. Upon returning to college, Aaron and a few friends began a weekly late-night worship service, called Underground, which convened for two years and attracted hundreds of college students from across the state. Since then, Aaron has served as the worship pastor for CrossRoads Community Church, worship leader for Wayfarer Ministries' 20-something Bible-study called Engage, and he has traveled around the nation and to various countries to worship with various other communities as well. His passion is for the body of Christ to come together in Biblical praise. Aaron graduated from Furman University in June of 2000, and married Megan three weeks later. 15 months later their first son, Cooper was born. Only 14 months after Cooper, their second son, Judah was born! After worshiping with Crossroads Community Church for seven years, in January of 2003 the Keyes family relocated from Greenville, SC to Lawrenceville, Georgia, where Aaron began working as the worship pastor at Grace Fellowship Church, where he's still leading worship and mentoring younger worship leaders. In July of 2006, Aaron's third son, Nyle, was born! Cooper and Judah are burgeoning little soccer stars, and Nyle is the happiest baby ever born (in the history of babies being born), despite ambitious baby teeth trying to bring him down.

Chris Blakesley is a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in the Curriculum and Instruction Department ? Educational Communications and Technology division. He is exploring the intersection of storytelling and learning, and focuses on teacher use of narrative media ? like motion pictures and video games. Chris teaches Digital Storytelling workshops and is a project assistant for Engage ? a campus organization currently developing computer games and simulations for undergraduate courses.

Neil Vimalkumar is trained as an agricultural engineer from the Allahabad University. He served as a Coordinator with the Union of Evangelical Students of India in Chennai for two years. He pursued theological training at SAIACS Bangalore doing an M.A. in Christian Studies, and went on to specialise in Theology earning an M.A. Honours degree. His dissertation was on the topic, 'A Theological Response to Fritj of Capra's book The Tao Of Physics with reference to Thomas Torrance.' He was a keen sportsman during his college days. Presently Neil works as Assistant Head - Ministries [South] with RZIM Life Focus Society. His areas of interest include Christian theology vis-a-vis Apologetics, Comparative Religion, and Science. He lectures at RZIM Open Forums, Training Seminars and at Bible Colleges. 'Highlighting the uniqueness of Christ and his claims in different arenas is my passion,' he says. He is also the Editor of the quarterly magazine 'Engage' (formerly 'Apologia').

Francis represents ICTU Retired Workers on the Executive Committee and is also represented on the Transport sub-committee of Age Sector Platform. Francis has been a volunteer in the age sector for approximately 11 years and has been a member of ICTU Retired Workers Committee for around four years. Francis is currently treasurer of Finaghy Friendship Group, a group which he represents in the South Belfast Lifestyle Forum. He was elected Honorary Secretary of Northern Ireland Pensioners Convention Branch in May 2008 and has been a member of NIPC for around seven years. Francis has also been a member of Dunmurry Community Police Liaison Committee for twelve years; Chairman of Lagan Valley Hospital Consumer Group for six years; Chairman and regional secretary of PCS ARMS's Northern Ireland Branch for several years and was awarded a gold badge in June 2008 for 25 years or more active union participation. Francis has been a member of Engage with Age's Board since October 2008.

A General Partner at Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV), Steve brings more than 19 years of entrepreneurial, operating, and venture experience to Engage?s board. Prior to his career in venture capital Steve founded and served as CEO of Worldview Systems, the start-up that co-created and launched award-winning travel site Travelocity. Steve?s hands-on approach has helped Engage build a strong management team that strikes a balance between great ideas and effective execution.
