Mr. Schaub is currently employed by Goodrich as its Executive Vice President and President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodrich s engineered industrial products segment and has held these positions since 1999. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Schaub was Group President, Landing Systems of Goodrich. Mr. Schaub joined Goodrich in 1971. Mr. Schaub held a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions with Goodrich industrial and aerospace operations until moving into general management in 1983. Mr. Schaub was general manager of the Goodrich aircraft and wheel brake division until 1986 when he became Group Vice President of the Goodrich aerospace segment.
Stephen E. Macadam is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnPro Industries. Macadam joined EnPro from BlueLinx Holdings Inc., a leading North American distributor of building products, where he served as chief executive officer since October 2005. Prior to joining BlueLinx, Macadam served from 2001 to 2005 as president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Container Company, a manufacturer of molded plastic containers. Before joining Consolidated Container, Macadam spent three years as an executive at Georgia Pacific Corporation. Earlier, Macadam worked at McKinsey & Company, where he became a principal.
Macadam holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky, a master of science degree in finance from Boston College and a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is also a director of Solo Cup Company. He and his wife, Marie, have four children.
William Dries is senior vice president and chief financial officer of EnPro Industries. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Dries was affiliated with Goodrich Corporation, the former parent company of EnPro. From 1985 until 2001, Dries was employed by United Dominion Industries, where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer. He joined United Dominion as manager of accounting and subsequently became senior vice president of finance and controller. A certified public accountant, Dries was an audit principal for Ernst & Young in New York for 11 years before joining United Dominion.
Dries received his bachelor of science and master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, both the North Carolina and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Executive International.
Dries is also a member of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the United Way Finance Committee. He and his wife, Pat, have four children.

Richard L. Magee is senior vice president and general counsel of EnPro Industries, Inc. Prior to assuming his current position, Magee was affiliated with Goodrich Corporation, the former parent of EnPro. From 1989 until 2001, Magee was employed by United Dominion Industries, where he became senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. He joined United Dominion as assistant general counsel after serving as a partner in the law firm of Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, PA.
Magee received his undergraduate degree in economics and political science and his juris doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served on the State Bar Council, the governing body for the North Carolina State Bar, from 1992-95 and served as an advisory member to that body’s Ethics Committee in 1996. He was a member of the Council for the Corporate Counsel section of the North Carolina Bar Association from 1990-98 and a director of the North Carolina ACCA chapter from 1998-00.
Magee is active in Myers Park United Methodist Church and serves in a variety of roles in local youth sports organizations. He and his wife, Saundra, have three children.

"Donald G. Pomeroy II is currently Vice President with responsibility for pricing strategies in the
Company’s Continuous Improvement organization. He has held this position since November 2008, after
having previously served as the Company’s Vice President and Controller since September 2007 and from
May 2002 through August 2004, Mr. Pomeroy served as the Vice President, Finance for Garlock Sealing
Technologies from August 2004 until August 2007. He was Vice President, Finance and Information
Technology at Stemco for Coltec Industries Inc from August 1998 until October 2001, and an employee
of Coltec Industries Inc from November 2001 through May 2002. From May 1995 to February 1996, Mr.
Pomeroy was a financial analyst, and from February 1996 to August 1998, he was Controller –
International Operations at Garlock Sealing Technologies. Prior to joining Garlock Sealing Technologies,
Mr. Pomeroy, a certified public accountant, was with Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
Milt Childress is vice president, strategic planning and business development at EnPro Industries. He leads EnPro's acquisition initiatives, strategic planning processes and other business development activities.
Prior to EnPro, Childress was with McGuireWoods Capital Group, a merger and acquisitions advisor providing strategic advice to a broad group of industrial clients. He co-founded the Charlotte-based group in 2001, after nine years at United Dominion Industries, where he was senior vice president, planning and development. Before joining United Dominion in 1992, Childress was a senior member of Ernst & Young's southeastern corporate finance practice, where he provided merger and acquisition and corporate finance advisory services.
Childress received an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School in 1983. He graduated in 1979 from the University of Tennessee, where he received the top graduate award from the College of Business Administration. Childress is also a 1994 graduate of Leadership Charlotte.
Childress has been active in a number of professional, civic and charitable organizations. He was a co-founder and board member of the Charlotte chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth where he served as chapter president. He later served on the association’s national board as vice president, Corporate Member Affairs. He has been actively involved with the education of “at-risk” preschool children, serving on the boards of two innovative programs in the Charlotte area. He currently serves as vice president and treasurer of Myers Park Trinity Little League and is on the board of Crisis Assistance Ministry. Childress and his wife, Carol, have three children.

May 2002. He was employed by Coltec Industries Inc from January 2002 through April 2002. Mr.
Rehley was Assistant Treasurer of Metaldyne Corporation from October 2001 to January 2002, and was
Executive Director – Corporate Tax for Metaldyne from December 2000 until October 2001. Previously,
he was Treasurer of Simpson Industries from April 1998 until December 2000. Mr. Rehley was Director
– Finance and Business Development for Cummins Engine Company, Inc. from October 1996 until April
1998.

Mr. Prezzano has served as a director since 2006. He retired as Vice Chairman of Eastman Kodak Company, a
manufacturer of photographic equipment and supplies, in January 1997, having served in various management roles at Eastman Kodak prior to that time. He is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Lance, Inc. Mr. Prezzano is also a director of Roper Industries, Inc., The Toronto-Dominion Bank, and TD AMERITRADE Holding Corporation.

William R. Holland was named non-executive chairman of EnPro Industries in 2001. He is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of United Dominion Industries. He was chief executive officer of that company for 14 years. During his career with United Dominion, he held the positions of senior vice president, administration; executive vice president; president and chief operating officer, chief executive officer; and director of the company.
Holland earned his bachelor of arts and law degrees from the University of Denver. He served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps. He began his law career as an attorney with Southwestern Bell Telephone in Little Rock, Ark., and prior to joining United Dominion, he was a partner for seven years in the law firm now known as Bridges, Young, Matthews, and Drake in Pine Bluff, Ark.
Active in civic and business affairs, Holland serves on the corporate boards of directors of Goodrich Corporate and J.A. Jones Company. He is also a member of the Board of Commissioners of Carolinas HealthCare System.
He and his wife, Donna, have three children and two granddaughters.
