Paul Miller has consistently delivered superior results and a long list of accomplishments during a career spanning over 19 years in retail marketing and sales. Prior to joining Enservio, Miller was Senior Vice President, Direct Commerce for Sears Holdings Corp., where he had complete P&L responsibility for Sears and Kmart internet and catalog properties (#5 on Internet Retailer top 500). Before joining Sears, Miller held the position of Vice President of eCommerce for Williams-Sonoma. During his tenure at the well known kitchen and home goods retailer, he grew website revenues to a level beyond that of catalog sales through a series of innovative marketing and sales programs. In earlier stages of his career, Miller held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in retail marketing for both small and large organizations. Miller has been a featured speaker at a number of retail business development seminars and serves in an advisory capacity to both startup and established Internet-based providers of goods and services. Miller earned his B.S from the University of Toronto and his MBA from York University.

Mr. Guden has extensive experience in building and scaling claims technology and service businesses. Guden joins Enservio after spending 13 years at Innovation First Notice. During his tenure, he established and managed the firm's three service centers and grew the business to service over 120 insurance carriers. Additionally, he led the design of the company's claim handling applications which allowed the firm to launch the ASP product line to provide system service offerings to clients who wanted to leverage the core application technology. Prior to joining First Notice, Guden was a consultant at Mercer Management; working on strategy, process management and market research engagements across financial services and manufacturing industries. He also worked in product management for Whirlpool Corporation focusing on competitive positioning and merchandising, as well as product development. Guden received his B.A. from Harvard and his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School at the University of North Carolina.

Jim Wander's 25 years in insurance technology sales and operational management have included senior management positions with: Craig/IS, LTD, a leading subrogation outsourcing firm for the P&C insurance industry; Delphi Information Systems, and; JD Warren, a recovery outsourcing firm for the P&C industry. Wander is an alumnus of the Ohio University School of Business.

Ms. Clifford has over 17 years of experience in marketing enterprise solutions to a variety of companies and industries. Her experience spans every aspect of marketing from corporate branding and positioning to product marketing, market penetration, market research and analysis, business development and strategic relationships to inside sales management. Most recently, Ms. Clifford was Vice President of Marketing for IDG World Expo and head of Business Development for Mathsoft, both based in Massachusetts. An Innovative Strategist Ms. Clifford has a proven track record in defining direction, penetrating new markets, and positioning companies for success. With a proven ability in Marketing, Business Development, and Management some of the other companies she has held key marketing roles in include: eBusiness Technologies and McKessonHBOC InterQual.
