Barth E. Whitham has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enduring Resources, LLC, a company focused on the acquisition and exploitation of longlived natural gas assets in domestic onshore basins, since July 2005, and also serves on its board of directors. From January 1991 to June 2005, Mr. Whitham served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Westport Resources Corp., a publicly traded Rocky Mountain-based exploration and production company, and also served on its board of directors.
