Gideon Argov is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, taking the helm of the company immediately after its merger with Mykrolis finalized on August 5, 2005 - he had served as CEO of Mykrolis since November 2004. Prior to joining Mykrolis, Mr. Argov was managing director of Parthenon Capital, a Boston-based private equity partnership, since 2001. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Argov led Kollmorgen Corporation as chairman, CEO and president. He served as CEO of High Voltage Engineering Corporation from 1988 to 1991. Mr. Argov currently serves on the boards of directors for Fundtech Corporation and Interline Brands, Inc. Mr. Argov received a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.

John Goodman is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Entegris. Goodman first came to Entegris (Fluoroware) in 1982. Prior to the August 2005 merger with Mykrolis, he was the president then managing director of the company's fuel cell market sector. From 1999 to 2002, Goodman served Entegris as executive vice president and chief technology officer after having served in a variety of positions in the previous 17 years. Goodman is on the steering committee of the Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Conference sponsored by SEMI and IEEE. Goodman is past President and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the U.S. Fuel Cell Council, serves on the Board of Directors of Protomold, and is on the External Advisory Council of the University of Minnesota's Institute for Renewable Energy and the Environment.

Bertrand Loy is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Entegris. Since January 2001 and prior to the merger, Loy was the Chief Financial Officer of Mykrolis Corporation. He previously served at Millipore as the Chief Information Officer from early 1999 to late 2000, and from 1995 to 1999 as the company's controller and manufacturing manager for its Laboratory Water Division. Loy worked for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Novartis) from 1989 to 1995 in a variety of financial, audit and strategic planning positions in Europe, Latin America and Japan. Mr. Loy holds a master's in business administration (MBA) from ESSEC in Paris, France.

Michael W. Wright has served as one of the Company s directors since February 2006 when the Company merged with August Technology Corporation. Since August 2006, Mr. Wright has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Octavian Scientific, Inc., a supplier to semiconductor manufacturers. From August 2005 to August 2006, he had been the Senior Advisor to the CEO of Entegris, Inc., a supplier to semiconductor manufacturers. From May 2002 to February 2005, he held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Entegris, Inc. From 1998 to May 2002, Mr. Wright served as President of the microelectronics group of Entegris, Inc. and as Executive Vice President of Entegris, Inc. Mr. Wright is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program. Mr. Wright served as a director of August Technology from March 2000 until February 2006.

Tom recently moved to Colorado Springs from the Seattle area and is a warehouse crew chief for Entegris, Inc. Tom is also a skilled director and coach. Peter Walcott is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel; Corporate Secretary for Entegris following his 24-years experience with Millipore and Mykrolis. Since the fall of 2000, he served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Mykrolis; prior to that he served as the Assistant General Counsel for Millipore from 1981 until early 2001. He is a seasoned senior executive with a wealth of experience in international manufacturing facilities and marketing, including 35 years with Pillsbury. Mr. Klingl was president of the company's $1.3 billion Green Giant sales division, as well as vice president of operations for Pillsbury and vice president and business unit manager for Green Giant. Klingl is currently a consultant with a variety of non-profit and profit organizations.

Michael Bradley is president and Chief Executive Officer of Teradyne, Inc. He joined the company in 1979 and has served in a variety of financial, marketing, and sales management positions with the company. From 1985 through 1990, he was the marketing manager for mixed-signal semiconductor test products. He led Teradyne’s first Total Quality Management office from 1991 to 1992. He was appointed vice president of North American Sales for semiconductor test products in 1993 and assumed responsibility for the Worldwide Semiconductor Test Sales organization in 1995. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Teradyne’s Chief Financial Officer and was named president of the Semiconductor Test Division in April of 2001. In 2003, he was appointed president of the company and in 2004 he assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer.
Bradley serves on the Board of Directors of Entegris, Inc. and holds an AB from Amherst College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Paul Olson joined the Entegris board of directors in March 2003. He is the executive vice president of Bethel College and Seminary, serving in that position since 2000. Mr. Olson was one of the founding executive officers of Sterling Commerce, Inc., and a business leader with extensive experience across multiple industry lines from high technology and investment management, to professional athletics and education. He's held executive positions with Michigan National Corporation and the Minnesota Vikings football team, and currently serves as member of the board of several private companies and non-profit organizations and is also an active advisor to a venture capital firm.
