Entercom Communications Corp.

David has been the Company's COO since 1996 and its CFO since 1992. He will continue to serve as COO but relinquish his CFO title upon naming by the Company of a new CFO. David joined Entercom in 1987 and held a variety of prior positions, including Senior VP - Operations, VP - Corporate Development, VP - Finance, and VP/General Manager of various radio stations. Before joining Entercom, David was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Stephen F. Fisher has served as a director since December 2005. Mr. Fisher has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Entercom Communications Corp. since November 1998. Prior to joining Entercom Communications, Mr. Fisher was a managing director of a private equity firm located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

Pat Paxton joined Entercom in April 1999. He has previously served as Group Program Director for Nationwide Communications, Program Director for KHMX-FM in Houston and WOMX-FM in Orlando and as a consultant for Zapoleon Media Strategies.

Sandy Smallens most recently served as Vice President of Interactive Marketing and Sales for CBS Radio. Previously he was President and COO of Oddcast, a company providing digital tools and capabilities for web content and marketing. He has also served as Executive Vice President of Vivendi Universal's music portal division, including GetMusic.com and Rollingstone.com, and held senior positions with SonicNet/MTVi, Prodigy and Atlantic Records. Prior to that, he was a founding member and performer with Giant/Warner Bros. punk/pop band Too Much Joy. Mr. Smallens holds a BA degree from Yale.

Most recently Volpe was the Vice President and Market Manager for Clear Channel stations in Worcester, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Volpe served as Director of Sales for Entercom Communications' eight stations in Kansas City and as Director of Sales for Clear Channel Stations in New Haven and Hartford.

Jack Hutchison has been named Vice President and Market Manager for the Entercom Portland cluster which includes stations KFXX-AM, KGON-FM, KKSN-AM, KKSN-FM, KNRK-FM, KRSK-FM and KSLM-AM. In addition, he will supervise the operation of Entercom's four radio stations in the Longview/Kelso, WA market. Hutchison assumes the position previously held by Tom Baker who is now the Vice President and Market Manager for Entercom's Boston cluster. Prior to his tenure with Entercom, Hutchison served as the Director of Sales for Jacor Portland. He spent fourteen years with Group W in several capacities in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas before moving to Portland in 1993.

Beck joined Entercom in 2000 as Director of News/Talk Programming. For the past two years, he has served a dual role as Vice President of News/Talk Programming and Vice President/Market Manager of Entercom New Orleans, where he spearheaded News/Talk leader WWL’s award-winning coverage of Hurricane Katrina’s aftermath. Beck’s broadcast experience includes all aspects of News/Talk management and programming at a number of stations, including WWJ-AM and WXYT-AM in Detroit, KFWB-AM in Los Angeles and KGO-AM in San Francisco. In his new position, he will continue to oversee News/Talk programming throughout Entercom’s 23 markets, as well as all engineering and IT resources throughout the company.

In addition to serving as Market Manager of Entercom Rochester, Doyle’s 23-year radio broadcasting career has included roles as Vice President and General Manager of various stations in the Syracuse, NY area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport, and he currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association’s Rochester Affiliate, the Rochester Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities and the Ad Council of Greater Rochester.

Sharon has 24 years experience in the Cleveland, Houston, and Greensboro radio markets. For two years, she was instrumental in the development of the Clear Channel University in Houston where she provided leadership and team building training. In 2006, Sharon joined Entercom Communications as the Director of Sales for the cluster of six radio stations in Greenville, South Carolina.

Munn began her Entercom career in 2001 as Director of Client Marketing Services in the Rochester market. She was named Director of Sales at Entercom Rochester in 2004, and has led the group to record increases in both revenue and market share each year since her appointment.

Kramer joins Entercom after twelve years with Infinity Broadcasting and its predecessor companies, CBS and Westinghouse Broadcasting. Most recently, she has served as Market Captain for Infinity's Chicago stations, and General Manager for WJMK-FM and the Infinity Promotions Group.

Array

Graefe began his Entercom career in 2001 as Director of Corporate Information Technology, coordinating strategic direction of the company’s information technology resources. Prior to joining Entercom, he worked with energy provider Exelon in a variety of technology roles, most recently as Manager of IT Technical Services.
