With more than 20 years experience in applying IT solutions to business problems, Brian brings a well-rounded perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing today?s business world. As VP Business Solutions, he is responsible to extend VisionMAX?s value to new customers and within our existing client base. Brian joins VisionMAX from Indus International, a global provider of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, where he held various corporate sales and marketing roles. Prior to joining Indus, Brian worked for GE Capital IT Solutions as the Director of the National e-Business development practice. He gained experience in marketing and consulting while leading Marketing Support activities for the Speciality Services department of LGS Group, now a division of IBM Global Services. Brian has considerable technical experience with companies such as Micro Focus and Amdahl, where he was active in management consulting, software sales and customer support within North America. He has considerable information technology experience across the Canadian market, with 12 years experience in the Retail and Insurance industries. Brian is a team player with drive to satisfy our customers, and help deliver value-add solutions.

Edward Grzedzinski, age 52, served as the Chief Executive Officer of NOVA Information Systems from 1993, and Vice Chairman of US Bancorp from November 2001 to 2004. Mr. Grzedzinski has 20 years of experience in the electronic payments industry and was a co-founder of NOVA Information Systems in 1991. Mr. Grzedzinski served as a member of the Managing Committee of US Bancorp, and was a member of the Board of Directors of US Bank, N.A. Mr. Grzedzinski also served as Chairman of euroConex Technologies, Limited, a European payment processor owned by US Bancorp until November 2004 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Indus International, a global provider of enterprise asset management products and services until April 2005. Mr. Grzedzinski has served as a director of Neenah since November 30, 2004.

Thomas R. Madison, Jr has served as a director of the Company since April 24, 2001. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer from July 2002 through January 2004 and as Chairman of the Board from April 2001 to March 2005. From May 1999 until January 2001, Mr. Madison served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Talus Solutions, a developer of products and services that optimize pricing strategies and practices based upon customer buying behaviors. From March 1994 until May 1999, Mr. Madison served as Group President and Corporate Vice President of Computer Sciences Corp. Mr. Madison also serves as a director of Alogent, EVANT, and Kiodex.
