Peter joined Enterprise in October of 2002 and became CEO of Enterprise Financial Services Corp in May of 2008. Formerly, he had been Chairman of the Board, Executive Vice President of the holding company and Chairman and CEO of Enterprise Bank & Trust. Prior to Enterprise, Peter had been a Director and Executive Vice President of Mark Twain Bancshares and Chairman and CEO of Mark Twain’s $3 billion banking operations in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, where his responsibilities included all commercial and retail banking activities, as well as Mark Twain’s $1 billion Trust Division. Following Mark Twain’s acquisition by Mercantile Bancorp., Benoist served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Mercantile’s St. Louis Bank, a $12 billion banking operation and the largest banking subsidiary in the Mercantile bank system. Following the acquisition of Mercantile by Firstar Bank, now US Bancorp, Benoist served as Regional Chairman and Market President for the St. Louis marketing. Benoist holds a BA degree and an MBA in finance from St. Louis University. He currently serves on several Boards, including Maryville University and Cardinal Glennon Hospital Foundation.

Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and Certification in Trust Sales and Business Development from the Cannon Financial Institue, University of North Carolina - Charlotte. He served as Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for South Side National Bank in St. Louis and has over 25 years of experience in trust management, operations, compliance and business development.

Gary received his B.S. in Acounting and Finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia. His 23-year banking career at Mark Twain Banks included service as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Director of Cash Management Services for the Kansas City Region. He later joined Mercantile Bank of Kansas City as Senior Vice President Corporate Banking prior to joining Enterprise Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Cash Management Sales and Services and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Direct.

Bret joined Enterprise Bank & Trust from Commerce Bank Real Estate Group. He has over 15 years experience in the mortgage industry. Bret has a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and a MBA from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Bourbon has over 20 years of experience in technology project management, service delivery, and solution development and implementation in the financial services industry, having worked in banking, wealth management and insurance at Bank of America, Boatmen's Bank, and Worldwide Insurance Group. At Enterprise, he is Senior Vice President, integrating product lines for wholesale distribution through various channels and supporting other strategic initiatives. Jerry earned a BS in Information Systems from Maryville University. In addition, he does volunteer work with Community Health In-Partnership Services (CHIPS), the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS).

Jerry holds B.S. and MBA degrees from the University of Missouri St. Louis as well as NASD Series, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities registrations. He has more than twenty-five years of financial service industry experience in marketing, strategic planning, product management and sales management. Prior to joining Enterprise, Jerry was with MetLife where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the MetLife Investors Distribution Company. Jerry serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Business Administration, the Executive Committee for LIMRA (Life Insurance Marketing Research Association) North American Advisory Council and the Board of Directors of Christmas in St. Louis, a local civic and charitable organization.

John Heet is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Bank & Trust Company. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College. Mr. Heet was Senior Vice President of Loan Administration for Missouri State Bank. His banking career includes serving as Senior Vice President of Mark Twain Bank and Senior Vice President of the retail collection area of the St. Louis and Illinois region's as well as system input, maintenance and monitoring of the regions floor plans. At Firstar Bank, John served as Vice President of the centralized collection division which monitored a $7 Billion retail loan portfolio.

John has a BS and MBA from St. Louis University with an emphasis in finance and holds a Certified Treasury Professional designation along with Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He has over 15 years of lending, real estate and investment experience. He has held positions as a relationship manager and senior level team leader at Boatmen's Bank, Allegiant Bank and most recently Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services. Prior to joining Enterprise, John managed a large portfolio of middle market clientele and developed new cash management and financing solutions within Merrill Lynch.

Joe received a BS in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Washington University. He began his career in the consumer products industry with a focus on technology and operations. Joe joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in 1995 and is currently responsible for Information Technology, Deposit, and Loan Operations for the company.

Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and an M.S. in Management from Maryville University. His career includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Walnut Street Securities/General American and as Senior Human Resource Generalist for MetLife. Mark has been at Enterprise Bank & Trust since 2002.

William is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia, with a B.S. in Finance. He has twenty years experience in the banking industry. William has been with Enteprise Bank & Trust since 1998. He is affliated with St. Louis Ambassadors.

Dawn received her B.A. in Communications and Business at Truman State University and her MBA from Columbia College. Prior to her position at Enterprise Bank & Trust, Dawn worked as a corporate account manager for Kinko's in the central Missouri market, as well as director of marketing and public relations for Macon-Atlanta State Bank in northeast Missouri.

Della has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, MO. She has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust she was Vice President, Commerical Lender of Meramec Valley Bank. Della is affliated in numerous community associations.

Ellen has over 25 years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2000, she was Vice President, Retail Support at Union Planters Bank.

Jill has been in the banking industry for over 10 years. Prior to Enterprise Bank & Trust, she worked at Union Planters Bank. She has a vast knowledge of banking experience from balancing accounts to daily teller operational duties.

John has a BA in history from Iowa State University, and a JD and Masters in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis. He has over 15 years of experience in consulting, operations, account managment and client development. Prior to joining Enterprise, he was a Prinicpal at Espiel Associates Consulting, LLC. John has extensive knowledge in employee benefits consulting and managed care.

Meg has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a MBA from Washington University - St. Louis. She has been in the banking and treasury management industry since 1997. Prior to joining Enterprise, she was a Vice President at U.S. Bank for St. Louis' Commerical Middle Market. Meg managed a portfolio of credit and depository customers, provided consulting services to family-owned businesses and structured loans for middle market companies.

Mark received his B.S. from Southwest Missouri State University. He served as President of Lawson Computer Consulting and a Marketing Agent for Marketing Financial Services prior to joining Union Planters Bank where he was Vice President, Correspondent Banking and Cash Management Services. He joined Enterprise in 2000 as Vice President, Treasury Management.

Marti has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Henderson State University and a JD from University of Arkansas- Little Rock. She serves as Vice President, Senior Trust Administrator, and Legal Counsel for the Trust Division of Enterprise Bank & Trust. With ten years of trust experience, Marti brings extensive knowledge in trust compliance and administration to our clients. Prior to joining Enterprise, Marti served as Trust Counsel at A.G. Edwards Trust Company FSB working with trust administrators to resolve issues that would arise in trust accounts throughout the United States.

Matt has a BS in Finance from Marquette University. His banking career began at LaSalle Bank N.A. in Chicago, Illinois, where he managed client portfolios upwards of $25 million. Matt has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a commerical loan officer. He has been active in community service organizations.

Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of NorthStar Bank in Kansas City, Missouri. He holds a BS in Accounting from Rockhurst University.

Neil has a BS in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in finance and management from Lindenwood University. Neil joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2003. Since beginning his career in 1980, Neil has held various senior level credit and relationship management positions with The CIT Group, ITT Commercial Finance and Deutsche Financial Services.

Nick is a Vice President within the Trust Advisory Group. He brings with him to Enterprise Trust more than seven years experience as a practicing estate planning attorney. Most recently, he practiced in the Private Client Group of Bryan Cave LLP, with an emphasis on sophisticated tax planning for high net-worth families and closely-held business owners. With Enterprise, Nick combines his extensive tax planning experience with asset and financial management to provide objective comprehensive wealth management solutions to his clientele.

Paul has a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. and a MBA from St. Louis University. He has over 10 years experience in the banking industry. Paul began his career at Allegiant Bank (South Side National Bank) which later merged with National City where he assisted in new business development, and analyzed the economics and market structure. He has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since 2004.

Rick has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from University of Missouri - St. Louis and is a certified trust and financial advisor. Previously, he worked for fifteen years with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. He spent the last seven years as a Personal Trust Administrator for A. G. Edwards Trust Company FSB. Rick administered trust accounts throughout the United States and also supervised the Insurance Trust / Charitable Trust area.

Richard "Rick" Murphy received his B.S. in Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust in 1997, Rick was a partner in an independent mortgage banking firm for 20 years.

Sherrill brings over 25 years of banking experience to Enterprise. Most recently, she was at NorthStar Bank, where she served for four years as a Vice President working in facility management and business development. Prior to her tenure at NorthStar, she was at Mercantile Bank (now US Bank) for over twenty years, serving in multiple roles and building her expertise in sales and customer relations. Her community activities include Youth Friends, Lions Club, Independence Chamber of Commerce and Central Exchange.

Shirley has over 30 years experience in the banking industry. She began her illustrious career at National Bank of Commerce in Memphis, Tennessee. Currently Shirley is in our treasury management division, enhancing existing client relations, while developing new business ventures. She has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since 2000.

Steven received his B.S. in Personal Finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia and Masters in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Prior to Enterprise Bank & Trust, Steven was a business development specialist for St. Louis Development Corporation.

Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust, Susan worked in St. Charles, MO, with Magna Bank, The Bank of St. Charles County, Allegiant Bank, and National City Bank where she was Branch Manager for 12 years. She has over 20 years of banking experience and has a vast knowledge within the industry.

Tom received his BS in business economics from University of Missouri - Columbia. He has over 15 years of banking experience. Thomas has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since 1998. He's an affliate of Mortgage Bankers Association and Board of Realtors.

Tim is a graduate of St. Louis University with a Masters Degree in Finance. He has several years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Enterprise, Tim was a Vice President at US Bank in the Correspondent Banking Division.

Bill has a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Louis University. He has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage division in both retail and residential. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust, Bill worked for Town and Country Mortgage Company as a Vice President in residential producation. He has also taught finance courses for state Continuing Education Certification for American School of Real Estate and Home Builders' Assocation. He has been involved in local and civic affiliations.

Mr. Eisenkramer joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as senior vice president and advisory director in 2000. In his role as senior vice president of sales, Charlie is responsible for generating business across all business lines (Enterprise Bank and Enterprise Trust); and serves as a consultant to the CEO with director activities and special projects. Eisenkramer began his career as buyer for Stix Baer & Fuller Department Store. After nine years, he joined the Angelica Coproration to work in the manufacturing division. Within three years, Charlie was appointed to vice president of the Life Uniform subsidiary. In 1980 Eisenkramer joined Metro Banks in Clayton as vice president in charge of business development and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri. Eisenkramer serves as Member of Board, MERS/ Goodwill Indusries since 2000 and Member of Board, Jewish Federation since 1999.

Jim received his BSBA in Finance from St. Louis University and his MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Prior to joining Enterprise, he served as Vice President of Commerical Banking at US Bank where his primary focus was closely-held family owned businesses.

Lori holds a PhD from St. Louis University in Organizational Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Wheaton College. Dr. Lewis led the leadership development program for all executives at MetLife/GenAmerican Financial Services prior to joining Enterprise Financial Services Corp in 2002. She has a wealth of experience in organizational development and the planning and implementation of organization-wide strategies that impact human performance.

Mitch received his BSBA from the University of Missouri Columbia and his MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University. He has ten years of commercial lending experience. Mitch is also very active in the community.

Stacey has a BS in Business Administration from Southwest Missouri State University. She has over eight years of banking experience. Prior to joining Enterprise, Stacey was the branch manager at National City Bank in Valley Park, MO. She was responsible for direct operations, budgeting, sales and facility management functions.

John McCall is a seasoned consultant and sales executive with over thirty years of successful sales and marketing experience. He has a proven track record of growing robust sales and marketing organizations that deliver multi-fold increases in corporate revenues in various industries, including healthcare, specialty equipment, and pharmaceuticals. At Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, where he was Vice president of Sales/Marketing, Mr. McCall nearly doubled the size of the sales force and increased revenues more than twofold to over $500 million. Prior to launching J. McCall & Associates, Mr. McCall also served as President and COO of Collaborative Strategies, Inc., and Essentia Pharmaceuticals. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.

Joe received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Psychology from St. Louis University and has also completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship. He was with Colarelli, Meyer & Associates as an Affiliate for three years before joining full time as an Associate in 1999. He has provided a wide variety of professional services to individuals and organizations. His work has focused on assessments for development and selection, organizational strategy and alignment, 360? feedback, coaching, succession planning, team building, career planning, and conflict management and resolution. Joe has also been a Lecturer at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and taught a graduate level course in the Business School entitled "Building, Managing and Understanding the Family Business."

Kay is Registrar for Enterprise University. As Registrar, she ensures a positive Enterprise University experience for our clients. She also provides support on key marketing, shareholder relations, and corporate governance initiatives, as well as special projects. Kay has over twenty years of corporate experience, including eleven years in conference planning and coordination.
