Terry Tuten joined Enterprise Integration as Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Prior to his working for EI, he held the positions of Controller, Director of Financial Planning, Director-Finance, and Manager-Federal Tax for CSX Corporation and its subsidiaries (1987-2003). In addition, he worked as Supervising Senior Tax Specialist for KPMG (1984-1987). Terry provides strong industry experience within Fortune 500 technology organizations, diverse financial leadership, profitability modeling, job costing, and investment strategies for EI's growth and business portfolio. Terry attended Georgia Southern College where he earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration Finance degree. This degree was followed by attending Valdosta State College where he earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration - Accounting. Terry then went on to earn his Executive Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jacksonville University. In addition, he holds certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Born in Blackshear Georgia, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and deer hunting.

Alisa Quinn rejoined Enterprise Integration in the role of Account Manager in 2006, after a short leave of absence. In August 2006, she was promoted to Director, Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining EI, she worked as a Management Consultant for Stone & Webster Management Consultants (1999-2000), and Sales Representative for Aerotek (1996-1999). Alisa attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business. She went on to attend the same university and earned her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Born in Bethesda Maryland, Alisa enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Kim Steigelman joined Enterprise Integration in the role of Manager, Human Resources / Account Manager in 2004. In 2005, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources for the organization. Prior to joining EI, she worked as Human Resources/Benefits Manager for Haskell (2003-2004), and multiple HR positions (Administrative Support, HR Generalist and HR Manager) for CSX Technology (1994-2003). Kim attended New England College where she earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in English. In addition, she attended Webster University where she earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in December 2004. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Kim enjoys spending her free time with family, and rollerblading.

Dr. Rainer Sommer is a director of Enterprise Integration, Inc. He is also an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Enterprise Engineering at George Mason University. While employed at GMU he has authored and co-authored numerous articles on Enterprise Engineering, Business Process Change, Electronic Commerce, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Prof. Sommer has held several research and teaching positions in the fields of Supply Chain Integration, International Telecommunication, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.
