Enterprise Products Partners L.P.

Mr. Creel was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of our general partner in August 2007 and continues to serve as a director of our general partner. A certified public accountant with over 28 years of experience in the energy industry, Mr. Creel served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for the general partner, since 2001 and 2000, respectively, and was elected senior vice president when he joined us in 1999. Mr. Creel is also a Group Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of EPCO and serves as a Director of the general partner of Duncan Energy Partners L.P. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of EPE Holdings from August 2005 through August 2007. Mr. Creel is a member of Financial Executives International, the AICPA and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Knesek was elected Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of our General Partner in February 2005, having served as Principal Accounting Officer and a Vice President of the General Partner since August 2000. Since 1990, Mr. Knesek, a Certified Public Accountant, has been the Controller and a Vice President of EPCO, Inc. and has served in the EPCO, Inc. organization since July 1981. Prior to that time, Mr. Knesek served five years with Union Texas Petroleum in their accounting department. Mr. Knesek graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University - Kingsville in 1975 and is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Richard H. Bachmann. Mr. Bachmann was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of DEP GP in October 2006 and a Director of EPE Holdings and EPGP in February 2006. Mr. Bachmann previously served as a Director of EPGP from June 2000 to January 2004. Mr. Bachmann was elected Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of EPGP and of EPCO, and a Director of EPCO, in January 1999. In December 2007, Mr. Bachmann was also elected as a Co-Group Vice Chairman of EPCO. In November 2006, Mr. Bachmann was appointed as an independent manager of Constellation Energy Partners LLC. Mr. Bachmann also serves as a member of the Audit, Conflicts, Compensation and Nominating and Governance committees of Constellation Energy Partners LLC.

Mr. Ordemann was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of our General Partner, effective August 1, 2007. Mr. Ordemann has served as a Senior Vice President of our General Partner since September 2001, and was previously elected Vice President of our General Partner in October 1999. Mr. Ordemann was a Vice President of Shell Midstream Enterprises, LLC from January 1997 to February 1998, and Vice President of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids, LLC from February 1998 to September 1999. Shell Midstream Enterprises and Tejas Natural Gas Liquids were both affiliates of Shell.

Christopher R. Skoog joined the partnership in July 2007 as Senior Vice President to develop and lead Enterprise's new Natural Gas Services and Marketing group. In July 2008, he also assumed responsibility for Enterprise's non-regulated and intrastate natural gas pipeline and storage businesses.

Mr. Radtke was elected as a Senior Vice President of our General Partner in February 2002. He joined us in connection with our purchase of Diamond-Koch's storage and propylene fractionation assets in January and February 2002. Mr. Radtke served as President of the Diamond-Koch joint venture from 1999 to 2002, where he was responsible for its storage, propylene fractionation, pipeline and NGL fractionation businesses. From 1997 to 1999 he was Vice President, Petrochemicals and Storage for Diamond-Koch. Mr. Radtke was previously employed by Ultramar Diamond-Shamrock Corporation beginning in 1983.

Mr. Zulim, who was elected Senior Vice President of Enterprise GP and EPCO, Inc. in March 2006, assumed responsibility for the partnership's unregulated natural gas liquids (NGL) business in July 2008. Prior to his current assignment, he was in charge of the Human Resources group for Enterprise GP and EPCO. He joined Enterprise in 1999 as Director of Business Management for the NGL Fractionation business. Mr. Zulim came to Enterprise from Shell Oil Company where, as an attorney, he practiced labor and employment law nationally for several years before joining Shell Midstream Enterprises in 1996 as Director of Business Development for its natural gas processing and NGL fractionation businesses. Mr. Zulim resumed practicing law with Enterprise's Legal group in January 2002 until December 2004, when he was elected Vice President, Human Resources, for Enterprise GP and EPCO. He received his BA degree in 1980 from Fresno State University with a major in Business Administration and Accounting and his law degree in 1986 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

John Bonn is a Vice President at Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., a Houston based energy midstream services provider. John and his wife Robin were introduced to Alpha in 2003 after moving to Houston and they both have been involved with Alpha course organization and leadership. John joined the Alpha Houston Board in 2005 and he serves on the boards of several other non-profit organizations. John and his family are active members of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Houston .

Dan L. Duncan was elected Chairman and a Director of EPE Holdings in August 2005, Chairman and a Director of Enterprise Products GP in April 1998 and Chairman and a Director of the general partner of the Operating Partnership in December 2003. Mr. Duncan has served as Chairman of EPCO since 1979.

Dr. Ralph S. Cunningham was elected President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2007 and a director of the general partner of Enterprise GP Holdings. Dr. Cunningham previously served as chief operating officer for the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. as well as interim president and chief executive officer. Dr. Cunningham also served as a director of our general partner from 1998 until March 2005, and served as Chairman and a Director of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners, L.P. from March 2005 until November 2005. He retired in 1997 from CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Previously, he held senior management positions at Huntsman Corporation, Texaco Chemical, Clark Oil & Refining and Tenneco and was a director of EPCO from 1987 to 1997. Additionally, he currently serves as a director of Tetra Technologies, Inc., EnCana Corporation and Agrium, Inc.

Rex C. Ross . Mr. Ross was elected a Director of EPGP in October 2006 and is a member of its ACG Committee. Mr. Ross serves as a Director of Schlumberger Technology Corporation, the holding company for all Schlumberger Limited assets and entities in the United States. Prior to his executive retirement from Schlumberger Limited in May 2004, Mr. Ross held a number of executive management positions during his 11-year career with the company, including President of Schlumberger Oilfield Services North America; President, Schlumberger GeoQuest; and President of SchlumbergerSema North & South America. Mr. Ross also serves on the Board of Directors of Gulfmark Offshore, Inc. (a publicly traded offshore marine services company) and is a member of its Governance Committee.

Robert G. Phillips , 54, became a director in October 2007. In late 2007, Mr. Phillips formed Crestwood Midstream Partners L.P., which acquires and develops assets in the North American midstream sector in both onshore and offshore operations, including gas gathering and processing, storage and terminals. From February 2005 until June 2007, Mr. Phillips served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a publicly traded North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil, and from September 2004 until February 2005, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the general partner of Enterprise. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Phillips served as Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. prior to its acquisition by Enterprise, and, for more than five years prior to 2004, he held numerous management positions with El Paso Corporation and its affiliated companies, including President of El Paso Field Services Company.
