Enterra is a Canadian oil and gas trust with trust units listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (ENT.UN) and the New York Stock Exchange (ENT). The Trust's head office is located in Calgary, Alberta and its United States office is located in Carney, Oklahoma. The Trust's portfolio of crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas interests is geographically diversified and is balanced between natural gas and liquids production. The Trusta s properties are located principally in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Oklahoma. In pursuing the Trust's Growth Strategy, Enterra seeks to manage the risk to unitholders by following a number of operating principles. These principles are intended to maximize flexibility and the ability to capitalize on opportunities, while reducing the volatility and increasing the predictability of distributions. John Chimahusky is a petroleum geologist with over 25 years of domestic and international oil and gas industry experience. Most recently, he was President of Kirkpatrick Oil Company, Inc., a private exploration and production company based in Oklahoma City which has assets primarily in the Mid-Continent and Permian Basin. Prior to that Mr. Chimahusky had a 25-year career with ConocoPhillips and its predecessor, Phillips Petroleum Company. He held various senior positions in Oklahoma, Texas and Norway, culminating as Exploration Manager, Former Soviet Union. John Reader is a Professional Geological Engineer with over 25 years of resource industry experience. Don Klapko has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience with the last nine years directly involved at the executive management level, most recently as President and Director of Trigger Resources Ltd., a private exploration and production company, and prior to that at Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. as Vice President of Operations. Roger Giovanetto, Director - Roger Giovanetto has been President of R&H Engineering, Ltd., a metallurgical, materials and corrosion engineering services company for more than five years.
