Mr. Edgerton has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the information technology sector, including large complex computer and network solutions, software development and support, and IT systems. As President and CEO of eNucleus, Mr. Edgerton has managed the integration of several acquisitions for the company and directed the expansion of the company's services into the Asia Pacific region, establishing subsidiaries in India and Singapore. Prior to joining eNucleus, Mr. Edgerton was President and CEO of The TAKGroup, a petroleum software firm specializing in Internet-based supply chain management systems for major petroleum suppliers and distributors. In addition, he spent several years with the George S. May company as a business consultant, later becoming Executive Vice President of their west coast division.

Mr. Desai is chief strategist for the eNucleus with over 20 years of experience spanning hands-on technology development, M&A, Venture Capital investing and roll-ups both in private and public markets. Prior to eNucleus, Mr. Desai was Managing Partner of Congruent Ventures where he was instrumental in developing a set of Internet, VoIP and information technology companies. Mr. Desai was also the founder and CEO of Cronus Technologies, Inc. He successfully built the IP signaling business and deployed an industry first "universal signaling gateway" in over 50 countries prior to divesting the business to Cisco, FastCom and Advanced Fiber. Mr. Desai has a BS in EE and MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Mr. Paulsen's experience in structuring over $350 Million of transactions within various industries provides eNucleus with significant depth in evaluating and executing upon its financial strategy. Combined with a client centric philosophy, Mr. Paulsen's focus of delivering shareholder value is the cornerstone of his actions. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Paulsen served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of eNucleus. Prior to that time, Mr. Paulsen served as President and CEO of MetroLink Communications, Inc., a joint venture company with Teleport USA, as a network development firm focused on long haul transport of voice, video and data communications via software protocols.
