EOG Resources Inc.

Timothy K. Driggers was elected Vice President and Controller of EOG in October 1999 and was subsequently named Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in August 2003. He was previously Vice President, Accounting and Land Administration. Mr. Driggers is EOG's principal accounting officer.

Gary L. Thomas was elected Executive Vice President, North America Operations in May 1998 and was subsequently named Executive Vice President, Operations. He was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager of EOG in Midland. Mr. Thomas joined a predecessor of EOG in July 1978.

Loren M. Leiker was elected Executive Vice President, Exploration in May 1998 and was subsequently named Executive Vice President, Exploration and Development. He was previously Senior Vice President, Exploration. Mr. Leiker joined EOG in April 1989 as International Exploration Manager.

David Baldwin started his career in the energy industry as a drilling and production engineer with Union Pacific Resources in the 1980's after receiving a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Intrigued with the business aspect of the energy industry, David returned to his alma mater to receive an MBA degree. While in graduate school, David started an energy consulting business and worked for General Atlantic Partners, a global venture capital firm and early investor in SCF. Through General Atlantic, he met L.E. Simmons and joined SCF uon his graduation in 1991. Over the years, David has been responsible for developing investment themes around emerging energy trends. He is currently responsible for overseeing several of SCF's existing investments and sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities. David blends his personal and professional life with his wife, Maire, who is also active in the energy industry at EOG Resources. He is also an avid golfer, traveler, and Longhorn die-hard. He has a long-standing commitment to Houston's Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation, where is a member, and past Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Ellis was appointed to the board in June 2007 to serve the remaining term vacated by former board member Jimmy Kaylor. He has a BS degree from Texas A&M University, College Station and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law. He is an oil and gas lawyer for EOG Resources, Inc. Mr. Ellis was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and State Bar of California. He and his wife Sharon have four children; two of which have graduated from Flour Bluff High School and two who are currently enrolled in FBISD. He is an active community member and has served as a board member for the Flour Bluff ISD Foundation for Educational Excellence, Inc. He is currently an active member of the Corpus Christi Association Petroleum Landmen and involved with the Journey to Damascus ministry.

Mr. Hoglund joined the Board of Directors in 2000 and has served as our non-executive Chairman of the Board since September 2003. Mr. Hoglund has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SeaOne Maritime Corp., a natural gas transportation company, since December 2004. Mr. Hoglund has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arctic Resources Company, Ltd., a natural gas pipeline company, since 2000. He served as Chairman of the Board of EOG Resources, Inc. from 1987 to August 1999 and President from 1990 to 1996.

Charles R. Crisp has served as a member of the board of directors of EOG Resources Inc. since May 2002. Previously, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Coral Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Shell Oil Company, from 1999 until his retirement in October 2000, and was President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Coral Energy, LLC from January 1998 through February 1999. Crisp joined Houston Industries in 1996 and served as President of their domestic power generation group from 1997 until January 1998.

Mr. Wisner is currently International Affairs Advisor with Patton Boggs LLP, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm. Following his retirement as U.S. Ambassador to India, Mr. Wisner served as Vice Chairman, External Affairs of American International Group, Inc., an insurance and financial services company, from 1997 until his retirement in March 2009. Mr. Wisner is also a director of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc.

Mr. Alcorn has served as President of Alcorn Exploration, Inc., a private exploration and production company, since 1982. Mr. Alcorn is also a member of the board of directors of EOG Resources, Inc. He is a past chairman of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and a founding member and past chairman of the Natural Gas Council.
