Anatoly Gaverdovsky is responsible for EPAM's operations in Russia and other countries in the former Soviet Union region. Mr. Gaverdovsky joined EPAM in 2006 after Vested Development, Inc (VDI) merged with EPAM Systems to create the leading software engineering outsourcing company in Eastern Europe. Anatoly is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of software outsourcing industry in Russia. He was one of the original founders of VDI and helped to build the company from scratch to become one of the top Russian providers of software services and technology solutions for blue-chip clients worldwide. At VDI Anatoly first served as Chairman and Vice President, later as the Head of R&D, and then from 2002 in CEO position leading VDI staff of about 400 in 5 countries. Anatoly is a graduate of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University and of the Space University in Toronto, Canada.

Scott Schwartzman is responsible for EPAM's operations in North America. Scott has over 20 years of Software and Services experience. His prior positions include Director of Professional Services for SAP America for NY/NJ Metro Area where he managed more than 150 consultants and 90 accounts, Vice President of Professional Services at Firepond, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer at Knova Software. At Knova (formerly ServiceWare), Scott was responsible for virtually all aspects of Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, R&D and Professional Services. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Syracuse University.
