Timothy T. Taussig was Chief Operating Officer of Trident Investment Management, an investment firm managing mutual funds and hedge funds. He was responsible for the firm's business management, operations, and marketing. Prior to joining Trident, he was Managing Director and Member of the Global Executive Committee for Credit Suisse Asset Management and Co-Head of Marketing for Credit Suisse Asset Management worldwide where his management responsibilities included marketing, client services and e-commerce strategy across distribution channels. Before joining Credit Suisse's predecessor firm, BEA Associates, in 1985, he was a Director of Aetna Capital Management. J. Philip Clark was a 17 year veteran of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., now part of AllianceBernstein. His responsibilities included that of National Managing Director of Bernstein's private client business where he frequently spoke at the firm's Client and Professional Conferences. Previously, he was Managing Director of Bernstein's Institutional Asset Management business, overseeing the firm's $50 billion clientele, the largest amount of value assets in the pension business. He initiated and managed Bernstein's successful sub-advisory business and was responsible for many of the marketing innovations in practice at AllianceBernstein firm today. He was instrumental in the success of the Los Angeles office, the first of several regional offices. Allan R. Tessler serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Epoch Holding Company since the integration of Epoch Investment Partners with JNet Enterprises in June of 2004. Prior to that, he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of JNet Enterprises since March of 2000 and May 1994 respectively. He was a director of JNet since 1980. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Financial Group, Inc., an international merchant banking firm, since 1987. He was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Data Corporation (formerly Data Broadcasting Corporation), a securities market data supplier, from June 1992 through February 2000. From 1986 through 2001 Mr. Tessler was Chairman of the Board of Enhance Financial Services Group, Inc., an insurance holding company which was merged into Radian Corp., and was Chairman of the Board of Great Dane Holdings Inc., a diversified holding company, from 1987 through December 1996. He is also a director of Limited Brands, Inc. and Interactive Data Corporation. Allan is currently a principal of Corporate Recovery Group, LLC. Allan received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and L.L.B. from Cornell University Law School. Jeffrey L. Berenson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Berenson & Company. He has spent more than 30 years in the investment banking business. He joined White Weld & Co. in 1972 and joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Merrill Lynch following Merrill Lynch's acquisition of White Weld in 1978. Jeffrey was appointed head of Merrill Lynch's Mergers and Acquisitions Department in 1986 and co-headed Merrill Lynch's Merchant Banking Group from 1988-1990. Peter A. Flaherty is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. He joined McKinsey in 1975, became a Principal in 1981, and was elected a Senior Partner in 1986. At McKinsey, Peter has worked predominantly with financial institutions, as well as media and information companies. In June 2001, he moved to part-time status with McKinsey to focus increasingly on his widespread interests in the field of finance. Peter is active in private investments and for many years served on and led McKinsey's Investment Advisory Committee, which is responsible for pension and discretionary partner investments, with a particular focus on alternative investments. Peter is a graduate of Stanford University, the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and the Harvard Business School.
