Brian Platz is responsible for providing all of the technology and services to deliver SilkRoad's state-of-the-art web applications, content solutions, and collaborative content systems that allow a business to share information across its value chain. Before joining SilkRoad, Platz was the Vice President of product management for divine, inc. where he led the product strategy and direction for divine's widely recognized and award winning content management and collaboration products. Platz brings a 12-year career in developing Internet products, e-business initiatives, e-commerce solutions with a variety of high-tech start-ups, including Zentropy and Glabalist Internet Technologies, and InfoBand, an Internet consulting company he founded in 1995. In 1996, Platz co-founded A List Apart, the highly acclaimed Who's Who of Internet developers that has grown into one of the largest and most popular independent development Web sites. He also was a fellow founding member of the Web Standards Project, a group formed to push Microsoft and Netscape to adhere to common standards.

Chauncey Kupferschmid is SilkRoad technology, inc.'s Chief Sales Officer. In this role, Mr. Kupferschmid oversees SilkRoad's global sales operations and business development. Prior to SilkRoad technology, inc., Mr. Kupferschmid served as Senior Vice President of Customer Services for divine, inc. His responsibilities included world wide technical support for all divine products, as well as presales systems and field engineering. Before joining divine, Mr. Kupferschmid served in executive and entrepreneurial roles for over 20 years. He capped a nine-year career at PLATINUM technology, inc., by serving as the company's Senior Vice President, Field Operations. In that position, he was responsible for pre-sales systems, engineering, and consulting services for more than 160 products. Previous to joining PLATINUM, Mr. Kupferschmid led product strategy, design, and development efforts at DBMS and STS/SKK.

Mr. Roszak is co-founder and managing partner of SilkRoad Equity. Mr. Roszak also serves as a director and chief financial officer of SilkRoad technology, inc. Prior to SilkRoad, Mr. Roszak was senior vice president, corporate development, for Divine, inc. In this position, Mr. Roszak set business strategy, evaluated potential acquisition targets, and was responsible for the negotiation, structuring, analysis and integration operations of those firms. In addition, Mr. Roszak managed Divine's venture capital portfolio of companies. Previously, Mr. Roszak was a principal with Advent International plc in London. Advent is one of the world's largest and most successful international private equity investment firms, managing in excess of $6 billion, with offices in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Mr. Roszak was primarily responsible for managing a dedicated $400 million private equity fund for emerging Europe. Mr. Roszak targeted investments in the areas of information technology, media, telecommunications and business services. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Roszak spent five years with Keystone Capital Partners LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm. At Keystone, Mr. Roszak completed investments in start-up, growth stage and leveraged buyout transactions, with experience in the financial services, media, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and food processing sectors. Mr. Roszak has experience in executing a broad scope of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate and transactional financing, including private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and conventional financings; public offerings, private placements and financial restructurings. Mr. Roszak earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Lake Forest College. Mr. Roszak serves on the board of advisors for the Chicago Software Association and Lake Forest Entrepreneurs Club. Mr. Roszak is a director of various companies including: 180 Connect, Inc. (TSX: NCT), MissionMode Solutions, Inc., OpenHire, Inc., Pendulab, Inc., SilkRoad technology, inc. and SolidSpace LLC.

Mr. Cullinane has been a director since April 1998 and currently serves a one-year term. He is the Chairman of our Audit Committee and a member of our Compensation Committee and our Governance and Nominating Committee. Since May 2008, Mr. Cullinane has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of SilkRoad Technology, Inc., a software company in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. Mr. Cullinane served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lakeview Technology Inc. from January 2005 to July 2007. Mr. Cullinane served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Divine, Inc. from July 1999 to May 2003. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of PLATINUM Technology International, Inc. from 1988 to June 1999. Mr. Cullinane received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana.

Deb Besemer is President and CEO of BrassRing, a leading provider of talent management solutions. Prior to being named President and CEO of BrassRing, Ms. Besemer was President and CEO of BrassRing Systems, the recruitment software unit of BrassRing. Under her leadership, BrassRing has grown into one of the most comprehensive software/services solution providers in the human capital management market. Under Ms. Besemer's guidance, BrassRing has assumed and retained a position of leadership among talent management Application Service Providers (ASPs). Prior to joining BrassRing Systems, Ms. Besemer spent more than a decade at Lotus, where she managed a business unit with revenues in excess of $1.3 billion and more than 4,000 employees in 46 countries. She is a former Chairwoman of the Massachusetts Software Council and currently serves as a Trustee and the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee. She is an active member of the University of Massachusetts High Tech Executive Council. Ms Besemer is an active member of the New England Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In addition, she is a former Director of Kubisoft, Inc., Eprise Corporation and the Massachusetts Software Council Fellowship Program, an initiative to retrain people for jobs in software and the Internet. Ms. Besemer holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University and a B.A. from Cedar Crest College.
