Steven Coburn is an experienced financial executive possessing a broad range of leadership skills. Over twenty-seven years of experience with the past ten years serving as a public company CFO. A business partner with a strategic perspective aimed at creating shareholder value. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent analytical abilities. Business sector experience includes technology/networking, teleservicing, publishing, marketing services and e-commerce. Prior to joining eProject's Board of Directors, Mr. Coburn worked as the SVP and CFO for F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) from 2001 to 2005. Previously to F5, Mr. Coburn also served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of Teletech Holdings (NASDAQ: TTEC) from 1995 to 1999. In addition to accounting and finance, Mr. Coburn has had executive responsibility for other functions including Investor Relations, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Purchasing and Facilities Functions. He also has co-authored over 15 published articles and case studies on various financial topics. Mr. Coburn is also a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Denver Graduate School of Business.
