Farag has worked in the financial management field for 15 years. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor for Equifax Corporation. He moved his way up in the corporate ladder from a junior accountant at Birtcher Development to the position of controller and CFO at various private manufacturing companies. He also holds the position of president of AADC, Inc., a private state-regulated company that operates residential facilities for adolescent children. Farag's well-rounded financial management background has made him a strong financial leader at NMC.

As an Account Executive, Rodolfo handles day-to-day account and project management activities for a range of clients including Acuity Brands, Align Technology, AMVESCAP, Bowater Incorporated and Goodrich Corporation. Rodolfo joined see see eye in 2004 after serving as an intern with the Company. His background includes working as paralegal assistant for Bass & Associates, writer and producer for World Wide, Arts & Entertainment Editor for Georgia State University's Rampway online media group, and credit analyst assistant for Equifax. He has also served as an intern with GSU's College of Education and Melissa Libby & Associates. Rodolfo graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor of arts degree in marketing in May 2005. He is a current member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, the American Marketing Association, and the Latin American Association. Rodolfo is a native of Guatemala.

D. Raymond Riddle was named Lead Director in October, 2007. Riddle is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGL Resources. From 1994 until 1996, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of National Service Industries, Inc. He is a member of the boards of directors of Atlantic American Corporation, AMC, Inc. and Equifax Inc.

Ms. Ward has served as a director of SYSCO since September 2001. She is an Outside Managing Director of Intec Telecom Systems PLC. In 1968, Ms. Ward founded, and later served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Generation Incorporated, which was acquired by Intec Telecom in December 2000. Ms. Ward is also a director of Bank of America, Equifax Inc., Flowers Foods, Inc., Matria Healthcare, Inc., PRG-Schultz International, Inc., Sanmina-SCI Corporation and Anthem, Inc. She is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Stock Option Committee.

James E. Copeland, Jr., 64, CEO of Deloitte & Touche USA, and its parent company, Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu, from 1999 to 2003. Served as a director of Coca-Cola Enterprises from 2003 to 2008. A director of Equifax since 2003. Also serves as a director for Time Warner Cable Inc. Lives in Duluth, Ga.

Mark B. Templeton, 55, is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director for Citrix Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ:CTXS), a $1.4 billion leader in application delivery infrastructure operating in over 100 countries. Mr. Templeton joined Citrix as Vice President of Marketing in 1995, when Citrix had $95 million in revenue and went public. He has served as President of Citrix since January 1998 and as Chief Executive Officer from June 2001 to the present. Under Templeton’s leadership, Citrix has become one of the world’s top technology companies. In the 1990s, he was responsible for Citrix’s marketing strategy in server-based computing, a strategy based on the company’s ground-breaking application virtualization technology, helping the company to achieve market leadership with approximately 80 percent market share. Over the past few years, Templeton has led the evolution of Citrix from a company with a single product, customer segment, and go-to-market path to a global powerhouse with multiple products, business models, customer segments, and go-to-market channels. In that time, Citrix has also grown to more than 4,600 employees who help more than 210,000 organizations worldwide – including all of the Fortune 100 and 99 percent of the Fortune Global 500. In the process, Citrix revenues have grown from $527 million in 2002 to $1.4 billion in 2007. Templeton holds a BA in product design from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. Templeton is a passionate participant in many community and charitable organizations, and has received numerous leadership awards including the AeA Abacus Award for Outstanding High-Tech Executive, “Businessperson of the Year” (EVIE Award), the Excalibur Award and others. Templeton is a sought after public speaker on trends and future of technology as well as the impact of education and curriculum on the technology industry. He speaks frequently at industry events, think tanks, and Citrix partner conferences including Microsoft, IBM, HP, SAP, CSC and others.
