Mr. Edmunds has extensive professional credit policy experience in both commercial and retail environments. Most recently, he was President and Chief Risk Officer of GE Money Trust Company. Among his many other career highlights, Bill served as Vice President, Credit and Portfolio Administration at TD Asset Finance Corp., and in various capacities at the Toronto-Dominion Bank starting in 1972. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, is a Certified General Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Mr. Ayanoglou is an accomplished financial services industry executive. Prior to joining Equitable,Mr Ayanoglou's business experience has included the role of Chief Financial Officer for two publicly-listed financial services firms. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Xceed Mortgage Corporation from 2004 to May of 2008 and prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of Cartier Partners Financial Group. Mr. Storus joined Equitable Trust in 2005. Previously, Tim was VP & General Counsel at E-L Financial Corporation Limited which controls The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company and Empire Life Insurance Company. Prior to joining Equitable, Tim held the position of Senior Solicitor, Retail Domestic Banking at executive offices of The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank). In this role, he practiced in the areas of commercial law, compliance and retail banking products and services. Previously, Tim was Vice President and General Counsel at National Trustco Inc. and National Trust Company.

Zave Kubersky joined Getzler Henrich following his role for eight years as Senior Vice President and Controller of The Equitable Group. Zave s experience in finance, M&A, law and negotiations has equipped him with a unique combination of analytical, transactional and operational skills. A former Public Affairs Fellow at the Brookings Institute, Zave is an AMP from Harvard Business School and holds an LLB from Fordham University.

Mr. Soni joined Equitable Trust in 2006. David is a seasoned finance professional with 20+ years experience in corporate banking, structured finance, treasury and risk management. His experience includes Citibank Canada, Union Bank of Switzerland (Canada) and T-D Bank, plus he has held senior treasury positions with Finning International Inc. and Eldorado Gold Corporation. David is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Harry has been the Vice-President, Credit and Risk Management of Equitable Trust since 2001. Mr. Harry has over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry. He has held senior management positions in a chartered bank, a trust company and in one of Canada's largest mortgage banking organizations. Mr. Harry also has served as a senior consultant to the Canadian life insurance industry and as a Vice-President at Adelaide Capital Corporation from 1993 to 1999, reporting directly to the CDIC.

Ms. Kukulowicz joined Equitable Trust in 1991 and has over 16 years experience in mortgage administration.

Mr. McMillan joined Equitable in 1990 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in deposit taking and broker relationships.

Ms. Malozewski joined Equitable Trust in 1995 and brings with her 12 years of financial and accounting experience. Ms. Malozewski is a Certified General Accountant.

June Chan earned her B. Comm. from the University of British Columba through the Account Co-op Program followed by a Chartered Accountant designation in 2003. In 2001, June joined the Ernst &Young holding numerous roles including tax compliance and most recently the position of Audit Manager.

Austin Beutel is the co-founder of Beutel Goodman and Company (1967) and served as President and later Chairman until his retirement in 1994. Since retirement, he has enjoyed a successful career as a corporate director. He is the Chairman of Oakwest Corporation Ltd., a private family holding/ investment company based in Toronto. He is Chair of the Audit Committee of Accord Financial (Asset-Based Lending, TSX Listed); Aecon Group (Construction, TSX Listed); and Astral Media Inc. (TSX Listed). In addition, Austin serves as non-executive Chairman of Equitable Group (Trust Co.) and is a member of the Audit Committee of Niagara Cellars Inc. and Pelmorex (The Weather Network). Past directorships included companies in food service, financial services, gold mining, real estate, mutual funds, and industrial products. Austin was also previously involved with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto as a Trustee (1985-95) and the Chairman (1992-95). In addition to being extremely well respected in the business community as a director, Austin is a private investor and very involved in volunteer activities.
