Håkan Eriksson is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Group Function Technology, and Chief Technology Officer at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Mr. Eriksson was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager, Group Function Technology, and Chief Technology Officer on January 1, 2004. Mr. Eriksson was appointed Vice President and General Manager for Research and Development at Ericsson on April 14, 2003, and was responsible for development activities carried out in Ericsson’s Core Network Development, Radio Network Development and Service Network and Applications, as well as for Ericsson Research. As of October 25, 2007, Hans Vestberg is Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vestberg became Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Global Services in 2003 and he was appointed Executive Vice President in 2005. From 2002 to 2003 he served as President of Ericsson in Mexico. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Vestberg was CFO for Ericsson in North America and Ericsson's controller for the Americas. Between 1998 and 2000, he was CFO of Ericsson in Brazil. Since joining Ericsson in 1991, Mr. Vestberg has also held various managerial positions in China, Sweden, Chile and Brazil. From 2008 Bert Nordberg is Executive Vice President and chairman of Redback and Entrisphere. From April 6, 2004 to December 31, 2007, Bert Nordberg was Executive Vice President, Group Function Sales and Marketing of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Mr. Nordberg became Senior Vice President, Group Function Sales and Marketing, January 1, 2004. From May 1, 2002 to December 31, 2003, Mr. Nordberg was Head of Business Unit Systems and from 2001 to 2002 Mr. Nordberg was Head of Business Unit Global Services. In July 2000 Mr. Nordberg was appointed Executive Vice President Division Global Services. From 1999 to 2000 Mr. Nordberg was Executive Vice President of Ericsson Services, including all Services for the Operator Segment. Mr. Nordberg joined Ericsson in 1996 as Head of Enterprise Services, which provides all services for Enterprise Segments within Ericsson. His experience during the period 1985 to 1996 included various positions with Data General Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation in Sweden. Bert Nordberg was born in Malmö, Sweden, in 1956. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering in 1978 and Engineer in the Marines, from Berga in 1980. He has complemented these degrees with university courses in International Management, Marketing and Finance at Insead University, France.

Carl Olof Blomqvist is Senior Vice President, Group Function Legal Affairs of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Senior Vice President, general counsel and head of Group Function Legal Affairs (since May 1999). During 1982 to1990, Mr. Blomqvist was an associate and partner of Mannheimer Swartling law firm. During 1990 to 1996, Mr. Blomqvist was resident and managing partner at the New York office of the Mannheimer Swartling law firm and licensed under New York State law as a Legal Consultant. Mr. Blomqvist was a partner in the law firm from 1990 to 1999. Carl Olof Blomqvist was born in Nätra, Sweden, in 1951 and graduated with a Bachelor degree LLM from the University of Uppsala, Sweden, in 1978.

Henry Sténson is Senior Vice President, Group Function Communications of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Mr. Sténson joined Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson in 2002 as Senior Vice President, Group Function Communication. Previously, Mr. Sténson held the position as Senior Vice President, Public Relations & Government Affairs at Scandinavian Airlines System, SAS. Prior to this, he has served as Head of Information at Volvo Flygmotor AB, Head of Automotive Communications at AB Volvo, Information Director of Saab Aircraft AB and Information Director of Volvo Car Corporation. He is Chairman of the Board of the European Centre for Public Affairs. Henry Sténson, born in Uppsala, Sweden, in 1955, has studied law, sociology and political science at Linköping University, Sweden, and at the Swedish War Academy, Karlberg, Stockholm.

As of January 1, 2008, Jan Frykhammar is Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Global Services. From 2005 to 2007 he was Vice President, Head of Sales and Business Control within Business Unit Global Services. Between 2004 and 2005 Mr. Frykhammar was Vice President, Finance and Commercial, for Ericsson's global customer account Vodafone, based in the UK. From 2002 to 2004 he served as CFO for Ericsson in North America. Between 1998 and 2002 he was Vice President, Business Control and IS/IT within Ericsson's wireline operation. Effective January 1, 2007, Jan Wäreby is Senior Vice President of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and head of Business Unit Multimedia. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Wäreby was Corporate Executive Vice President, and Head of Sales and Marketing, for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications and played an integral role in establishing the joint venture. Between 1981-2001 Mr. Wäreby held various managerial positions, mainly within Ericsson’s Sales organizations in Sweden and the US, and headed the company’s mobile phone business. Born in Karlskoga, Sweden, in 1956, he joined Ericsson in 1980, as a trainee in marketing management, after graduating from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, with a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Since July 1, 2008, Johan Wibergh is Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Networks of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Prior to assuming this position Johan Wibergh was President of Ericsson Brazil. From 2005 to 2006, he was President of Ericsson Nordic and Baltics. Between 2001 and 2004, Mr. Wibergh was Head of Managed Services at Ericsson. Between 2004 and 2005 he was Vice President and Head of Sales at Business Unit Global Services. Since joining Ericsson in 1996, Mr. Wibergh has also held various management positions in Sweden and USA. Johan Wibergh was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1963. He earned a Master of Computer Science from Linköping Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 1987.

Marita Hellberg is Senior Vice President, Group Function Human Resources and Organization of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. On April 7, 2003, Ms. Hellberg was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organization at Ericsson. Prior to her current position, she held the position as Senior Vice President Human Resources at NCC. Between 1999 and 2002, Ms. Hellberg was Vice President Human Resources for Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, Ms. Hellberg was Human Resources Director at Ericsson Radio, Business Unit Cellular Systems American Standards. Ms. Hellberg has also been responsible for Ericsson's management planning. Ms. Hellberg joined Ericsson in 1978. During her years at Ericsson, Ms. Hellberg has held various positions within Human Resources. Marita Hellberg was born in Djurö, Sweden, in 1955. She graduated with a degree in social studies from the University of Stockholm, Sweden, in 1979.

As of February 1, 2008, Torbjörn Possne is Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing at Ericsson. Torbjörn Possne joined Ericsson in 1979. From 2004 to 2007 he was Head of Market Unit Northern Europe and Global Customer Account Deutsche Telekom based in Germany. Between 2000 and 2001 he was Head of Business Unit WCDMA, PDC Systems and was Head of Solutions Business Area WCDMA, between 2001 and 2003. From 1996 to 1999 he was Company President in Belgium and Luxemburg. Torbjörn Possne was born in Stockholm in 1953. Ulf J. Johansson has served as a director of the Company since December 1999. Dr. Johansson is a Swedish national with a distinguished career in communications technology. He was a founder and served as chairman of Europolitan Vodafone AB, a GSM mobile telephone operator in Sweden, from 1990 until March 2005. In April 2005 Dr. Johansson was elected to the board of directors of Telefon AB LM Ericsson. He currently also serves as chairman of the board of directors for AcandoFrontec AB, an IT and management consulting company and Eurostep Group AB, a software and consulting company specializing in product life cycle management. Dr. Johansson has served on the board of directors of Novo Nordisk A/S, a Danish pharmaceutical/life science company since 1998, but left that position in March 2005 to serve as chairman of Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo A/S, the private Danish investment company and parent company of the Novo Group as well as the majority owner of Novo Nordisk A/S and Novozymes A/S. From 1998 to 2003 Dr. Johansson served as chairman of the University Board of Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
