Edward H. Meyer is the Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Ocean Road Advisors, Inc., an investment management company that directs the investment and related management activities of several leading New York City-based families. Ocean Road Advisors, Inc. manages a portfolio in excess of $750 million invested on behalf of numerous client entities in a broad range of investment strategies, including public and private equities, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. The Company also oversees the activities of several large and active philanthropic foundations. Mr. Meyer is the past Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grey Global Group, part of WPP, one of the world’s largest communications services groups, from which he retired in 2006. Grey is involved in a large number of marketing communications businesses globally including consumer advertising, media planning and buying, direct marketing, healthcare marketing, public relations/public affairs, sales promotion, graphic design, corporate communications, sponsorship and event marketing, interactive communications, channel marketing and retailer advertising support and product branding. Its clients include some of the largest and most prominent corporations in the world, including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, BAT, Diageo, Nokia, Volkswagen, BellSouth, Wyeth, Merck, Novartis and Con Agra. During his 35-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Grey, Mr. Meyer built the company from a mid-sized U.S. agency into a leader in global marketing communications with operations in 83 countries. Under his leadership, Grey’s revenues soared by a factor of over 40 times, from $29.5 million in 1970 to more than $1.3 billion in 2003. Mr. Meyer has served as a Director of a number of public companies, and is currently on the boards of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. and National Cinemedia and is a trustee of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the New York University Medical Center. Mr. Meyer is also a member of the Board of Director Jim Pattison Group and the Film Society of Lincoln Center. A Cornell graduate with honors in economics. Ed and his wife, Sandy, live in Manhattan. They have two grown children and three grandchildren

Mr. Wisner is currently International Affairs Advisor with Patton Boggs LLP, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm. Following his retirement as U.S. Ambassador to India, Mr. Wisner served as Vice Chairman, External Affairs of American International Group, Inc., an insurance and financial services company, from 1997 until his retirement in March 2009. Mr. Wisner is also a director of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc.

Mr. Sandberg has served as a director of Matritech from April 1999 excluding a brief hiatus between June 2002 and September 2002 when Mr. Sandberg was reappointed to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy created by the Board. Mr. Sandberg has been Matritech's Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Finance and Treasurer since November 2002 and a member of the Board of Directors from September 2002 and previously from April 1999 to June 2002. Mr. Sandberg served as Secretary of Matritech from November 2002 to December 2003. Mr. Sandberg also serves as Chief Strategic Advisor and as a director of ML Holdings LLC, a laboratory services holding company in Toledo, Ohio. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Sandberg served as Chairman of the Board of Lifecodes Corporation, a manufacturer of DNA test kits and a provider of DNA testing services, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Lifecodes Corporation from May 1997 to September 1998. From 1983 to 1997, Mr. Sandberg served in a variety of positions including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at DIANON Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded oncology marketing and database company. Mr. Sandberg serves as a director of Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc., a publicly traded home decorating company.
