We are primarily engaged in the acquisition of rights to explore for and exploit natural gas, coal bed methane gas, crude oil, talc and other minerals. We have acquired interests in several large exploration concessions and are in various stages of identifying industry partners, farming out exploration rights, undertaking exploration drilling, and seeking to develop production. Unless otherwise indicated, all dollar amounts in this Form 10-K are reflected in United States dollars. When used herein, we, the Company and EuroGas includes EuroGas, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries, EuroGas GmbH Austria, EuroGas Polska Sp. zo.o., and Energy Global A.G., and the subsidiaries of each of these subsidiaries, including GlobeGas B.V., Pol-Tex Methane, Sp. zo.o., McKenzie Methane Jastrzebie Sp. zo.o. Activities in Slovakia On January 1, 1993, the Czech Republic and Slovakia emerged as separate independent nations. Slovakia is bordered on the north by Poland, on the east by Ukraine, on the south by Hungary, and on the west by Austria and the Czech Republic.

Willy Bosmans (Belgian citizen. Born 1947) is Chairman of the Executive Committee and is a director of Distrigas. Mr Bosmans is also a member of the Board of Directors of Fluxys and various subsidiaries of Electrabel and Distrigas, Cegedel and ELIA. Mr Bosmans is also President of Eurogas. From January 2003 until December 2004, Mr Bosmans was Executive Vice President of Suez. From March 1999 to December 2004, he was a member of the General Management Committee of Tractebel, and Chief Executive Officer of Electrabel (March 1999) and Distrigas (January 2001). Prior to that, Mr Bosmans occupied various positions at Ebes (one of the three companies that were merged to form Electrabel in 1990) from 1972 onwards. William Fullerton (British citizen. Born 1939) is currently the Chairman of the Arab-British Centre Ltd., London. Previously Mr Fullerton occupied various positions in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, including UK Ambassador in Somalia, Kuwait, Morocco and Mauritania. Mr Fullerton was also Governor of the Falkland Islands. He also occupied positions at Shell International Petroleum Co in the Arabian Gulf and Pakistan.
