Thomas M. Ryan, age 55, Chairman of CVS Caremark Corporation since November 2007 and President and Chief Executive Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation since May 1998; was Chairman of CVS Corporation from April 1999 until March 2007; also President and CEO of CVS Pharmacy, Inc. since 1994; director of Bank of America Corporation, and Yum! Brands, Inc.

Mr. Lesser, was Senior Corporate Adviser of the TJX Companies, Inc. from 2002 until his retirement in January 2005. He was Executive Vice President from 1991 to 2001 and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 1999. He was President of its Marmaxx Division (TJ Maxx and Marshalls) from 1995 to 2001. From 1981 to 1993, he held various executive positions within The TJX Companies, Inc. Mr. Lesser has been a Dollar Tree director since 1999. He retired from the Board of The TJX Companies, Inc. in June 2007.

Paul E. Harrington has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since April 2008. Previously, Mr. Harrington was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Reebok International Ltd ( Reebok ) from January 2006 to March 2008. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Harrington served as Reebok s Senior Vice President, International Operations, and Chief Supply Chain Officer, as well as oversaw Reebok s Global Retail division including sales and marketing for the North America, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. From 2002 to 2004, he was Senior Vice President - World Supply Chain of Levi Strauss & Co.

Paul D. Foster is Vice President of Trade, Community and Governmental Relations for Reebok International, Ltd. At Reebok, Mr. Foster also serves as Executive Director of the Reebok Human Rights Foundation, promoting and protecting human rights through grant making, awareness and advocacy initiatives. Prior to Reebok, Mr. Foster spent eight years as the Vice President for Corporate Communications at Boston Whaler, Inc. and worked in the public sector for the City of Boston for 14 years, including six years as Deputy Commissioner of the Boston Transportation Department. Mr. Foster, who holds degrees form the University of Prince Edward Island and the Boston University School of Communications, currently serves as associate commissioner of the Boston Parks and Recreation Department; and on the Board of Directors of Boston's Courageous Sailing Program, the Canton Association of Industries and the Miami Children's Centennial Project. He and his wife, Cecily, reside in Boston.
