Dr. Frank Wang is currently an Adjunct Professor of Physics at Cooper Union School of Engineering. He received a B.Sc. from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, and Ph.D. in Physics from Columbia University in New York City. His research interest is theoretical high-energy astrophysics. He is involved in several X-ray satellite projects in NASA, European Space Agency, and Japan's Institute of Space and Astronautical Science. He is a contributor of the Chinese language classical music magazine "Music and Musicians Monthly" published in Taiwan.

Mr. Rohrer brings vast business administration, technology and creative marketing experience to the organization. His past employment challenges have included: A Nippon Electric Corporation (NEC), British Telecom USA and numerous Sprint international joint ventures with British, French and German telecom partners. Prior to that, he was a start-up and ramp-up specialist for Computer Science Corporation information technology and space technology transfer activities in the 12 member countries of the European Space Agency (ESA). In addition to large company employment, Mr. Rohrer has also participated as an entrepreneurial founder of Alphamatrix Incorporated, Cybermation Incorporated, and Atlantic Communication Services. Prior to his private sector employment Mr. Rohrer meritoriously served our country in the United States Marine Corps as a specialist in aviation electronics and as an air transport flight navigator. Today, he continues to serve his local Virginia community as an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) off-hours crew volunteer and is fully certified as a Virginia Department of Health, Emergency Medical Tech (EMT).
