Robert J. Palmisano has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as one of our directors since April 2008. Mr. Palmisano served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IntraLase Corp., a company engaged in the design, development and manufacture of laser products for vision correction, from April 2003 to April 2007, when IntraLase was acquired by Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. From April 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Palmisano was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of MacroChem Corporation, a development stage pharmaceutical corporation. From April 1997 to January 2001 Mr. Palmisano served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Summit Autonomous, Inc., a global medical products company that was acquired by Alcon, Inc. in October 2000. Prior to 1997, Mr. Palmisano held various executive positions with Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, a global eye care company. Mr. Palmisano earned his B.A. in Political Science from Providence College. Mr. Palmisano serves on the boards of directors of Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. and Osteotech, Inc., both publicly held companies, and Songbird Hearing, Inc., a privately held company.

Pascal E.R. Girin has served as our Executive Vice President and President, Worldwide Neurovascular and International since July 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. Girin served as our Senior Vice President and President, International since August 2007; President, International since July 2005; and General Manager, Europe since September 2003. From September 1998 to August 2003, Mr. Girin served in various capacities at BioScience Europe Baxter Healthcare Corporation, most recently as Vice President. Mr. Girin received an Engineering Education at the French Ecole des Mines.

Stacy Enxing Seng has served as our Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Peripheral Vascular since December 2008. Prior to that, Ms. Enxing Seng served as our Senior Vice President and President, Peripheral Vascular Division from August 2007 to December 2008. From March 2005 to August 2007, Ms. Enxing Seng served as President, Peripheral Vascular Division. From April 2001 to March 2005, Ms. Enxing Seng served in various positions with ev3, including most recently as Vice President, Marketing and New Business Development. From March 1999 to April 2001, she served as Vice President of Marketing for the cardiology division at Boston Scientific/SCIMED. Ms. Enxing Seng has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Jeffrey J. Peters has served as our Vice President, Research and Development since December 2003 and its Chief Technology Officer since February 2005, and was previously our Vice President of Business Development from September 2001 to December 2003. From September 1996 to September 2001, Mr. Peters was a medical technology equity research analyst for RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels. Mr. Peters has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Gregory Morrison has served as our Senior Vice President, Human Resources since August 2007 and Vice President, Human Resources since March 2002. From March 1999 to February 2002, Mr. Morrison served as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Thomson Legal & Regulatory. Mr. Morrison has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from North Adams State College and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications from Fairfield University.
