The Company was incorporated on October 28, 1988, but the continuity of its banking business is traced to the organization of the Evans National Bank of Angola on January 20, 1920. Except as the context otherwise requires, the Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries are collectively referred to in this Report as the Company. The Companys common stock is traded on The NASDAQ Global Market system under the symbol EVBN.

Mr. Glass is the Secretary of the Company and also serves as Senior Vice President of the Bank and Chief Executive Officer of Evans National Leasing, Inc.
