David King joined Concurrent in 2008 as chief marketing and strategy officer, and is responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate strategy, global market development, professional services and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Concurrent, Mr. King served as vice president of global marketing for NEC, a leading provider of network integrated solutions, where he oversaw all global marketing and public relations activities, including analyst relations and channel marketing, for the overseas business units of their enterprise solutions division. Mr. King was also responsible for global product and application portfolio strategy, and was instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with Cisco and Microsoft. Prior to joining NEC, Mr. King served as vice president of marketing for Movaz Networks, a Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) equipment provider acquired by ADVA Optical Networking in 2006, where he successfully led marketing efforts for cable and broadband providers. Prior to that, Mr. King served as vice president of global solutions for Nortel Networks. Mr. Offers joined Concurrent in 2008 as vice president, sales, handling Americas and EMEA. Mr. Offers has over 20 years telecommunications experience in the ILEC, alternate operator and cable MSO business. He most recently served as vice president, sales, Canada and Emerging Markets for Nortel. Before that, he was vice president of marketing, Global Cable Business/Market Development for Nortel, where he drove the overall revenue development programs and filled the portfolio gap with strategic third- party partnerships and services for a complete end-to-end solution. James Brickmeier is vice president of video solutions.He leads product strategy for Concurrent's coverged video initiative, which focuses on enabling Concurrent's customers to deliver an enriched video experience to the consumer across any network to any device. Mr. Brickmeier joined Concurrent in 2000 and has held management roles in both applications engineering and program management. Mr. Brickmeier has more than 12 years of program and product management experience, playing a key role in the sale and successful implementation of Concurrent's VOD system at a variety of multi-system operators, including Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, Videotron, Cogeco and Blue Ridge Cable. Prior to joining Concurrent, Mr. Brickmeier was a senior design consultant with Manhattan Associates, a global leader in supply chain software solutions. Paul Haddad joined Concurrent in 2009 as vice president and general manager of the company's media data and advanced advertising solutions. Mr. Haddad brings more than 15 years experience in the telecommunications and data and information management industries. Prior to joining Concurrent, he was the president and chairman of Solusia, a turnkey wireless deployment and automated program management firm. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Mr. Haddad served in various global management roles at Nortel's Optical Networks business unit. His responsibilities ranged from systems engineering and design, product line management, sales and marketing, and general management of the wireless backhaul solutions division. Mr. Haddad holds patents in the bandwidth trading and in the information management data engines domains. His creativity in the technology and business domains earned him the nomination and election in 2003 and in 2004 to the Frost & Sullivan "Sales & Marketing Thought Leader" award within the telecommunications industry. Mr. Haddad holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Concordia University and has served since 2003 as a member of the board of trustees at Wagner College in New York City . Bob Schack joined Concurrent in 2009 as vice president, business development, and is responsible for managing and driving existing strategic relationships as well as identifying and developing new channel partners. Mr. Schack comes to Concurrent from Teak Technologies, where he served as vice president, sales and business development. Prior to that, he was the executive vice president of sales and business development with Ellacoya Networks, which was acquired by Arbor Networks. Before his work at Ellacoya, Mr. Schack was a founding member of the cable business unit at Cisco, where he led customer and partner engagement leading to the Universal Broadband Router, the industry's first DOCSIS -based CMTS. Prior to Cisco Systems, he was a founding member of Nortel's cable business and was responsible for sales of all Nortel products to the CLEC market. Early in his career, Bob was a product manager responsible for data systems at Scientific Atlanta. He served for four years in the United States Navy as an engineering officer and navigator. Mr. Murphy joined Everstream in June 2006 and is responsible for sales. Michael comes to Everstream with over 11 years of experience selling a wide range of telecommunications products and services. In his most recent experience prior to Everstream, he carried regional responsibility for all sales of Verizon's network-based VoIP solutions. He has a BA in English from John Carroll University.

Steve Nussrallah was Chairman of Concurrent Computer Corporation, a leading provider of high performance real-time computer systems, software, and servers before joining NMP. Prior to his appointment to Chairman, Mr. Nussrallah served as president and CEO. Mr. Nussrallah has more than 20 years of experience in technology industries including 15 years in the Cable TV (CATV) industry. He served as president and COO of Syntellect, Inc., a leading supplier of call center solutions to the CATV industry. Prior to Syntellect, Mr. Nussrallah was Vice President and General Manager of the Subscriber Business Unit of Scientific Atlanta, Inc. He joined Scientific Atlanta in 1984 as Vice President of Engineering for the CATV operation. A native of Ohio, Mr. Nussrallah received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a graduate of the summer program in marketing at Harvard University.
