Moseley joined Evolving Systems in 1994. Moseley is the chief legal officer for Evolving Systems and oversees legal and regulatory compliance as well as contracting.
Prior to Evolving Systems, Moseley held an in-house corporate counsel position with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation/Resolution Trust Corporation and served as General Counsel for Centera Corporation, a computer hardware reseller. Moseley was a partner in the Salt Lake City law firm of Prince, Yeates and Geldzahler. She holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from the University of Utah.
Ervine joined Evolving Systems in 2002 and is responsible for all the company's financial matters and the operations of Evolving Systems. Prior to Evolving Systems, he was Chief Financial Officer for Brain Ranger, Inc., a venture-backed entrepreneurial content-management software development firm.
Ervine also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer with Convergent Communications, Inc., a national provider of broadband networking and web services. He served as the Vice President of Finance for Metapath Software International, Inc., a global provider of wireless software and services. Previous to these positions, Ervine was Chief Financial Officer for PC Service Source, Inc., providers of logistics outsourcing and support, Assistant Controller for CompuCom Systems and Senior Audit Manager for KPMG LLP. He is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas.

Stuart Cochran joined the Company as a non-executive Vice President of the Activation Market Unit in November 2004 when the Company acquired Tertio Telecoms Limited ("Tertio"), a UK-based privately held supplier of activation and mediation software to communications service providers. In April 2005, he assumed responsibility for the Company's Mediation Market Unit and in September 2007 was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
Cochran joined Tertio in August of 1994 and held a number of technical, pre-sales and product management positions until July 2000 when he was appointed Director of Product Strategy and Management, reporting to the company's chief executive officer and sitting on the management team. In January 2003, Cochran became the Director of Product Management, Development and Marketing, a position he held at the time of the Tertio acquisition. He has an MSc degree in Computing and Computer Modeling of Optoelectronic Devices and Systems and a BSc (Honours) degree in Theoretical Physics.
Ross joined the Company in November 2004 as Director of Professional Services UK when the Company acquired Tertio Telecoms Ltd and has 18 years' experience in IT and Telecommunications. In July 2005 he became non-executive Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services.
Andy joined Tertio in May of 1994 and fulfilled a number of technical and project management roles and in September of 2001 was appointed Professional Services Director and became a member of the Company's management team with responsibility for customer delivery projects of Tertio's Activation and Mediation solutions. The role focused heavily on delivery to customer deadlines, software quality and customer satisfaction. Previously Andy worked as a software engineer at Schlumberger Ltd and has a B.Eng (Honours First Class) in Electronic Systems and Microcomputer Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
King has over 13 years of international sales experience in the software space covering both the mobile wireless and enterprise segments of the market. He joins Evolving Systems from SmartTrust, the market leading mobile device and OTA SIM management vendor, where he was the General Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Ultimately responsible for all aspects of sales, delivery, strategy, and P&L across more than 40 countries and 50 mobile carrier customers, King grew revenues in the region by more than 40% in his first 2 years in charge of the business unit and oversaw the acquisition of 18 new wireless carrier customers for SmartTrust during his tenure.
King has held senior sales and management roles in a number of other cutting edge technology companies including the wireless location based services business unit of MapInfo Corporation, supply chain collaboration pioneers Eqos Ltd, and Toshibas Information Systems Division.
King holds a BSc (Honours) in Surveying Science from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and has a postgraduate qualification in marketing undertaken at Nottingham Business School.

Stephen K. Gartside, Jr., 43, became a member of the Board of Directors in January 2004, and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors on April 2, 2007. In March 2009, he assumed the position of President of Newton Running, a privately-held company specializing in the design of performance running shoes. He held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Evolving Systems from January 2004 until April 2007. Mr. Gartside joined the Company in August 2001 as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Business Development. He was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations in January 2003. Prior to Evolving Systems, from July 1998 through October 2000, Mr. Gartside served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Terabeam Corporation, a technology development and service provider that deploys Metropolitan Area Networks using Gigabit Ethernet, IP and Free Space Optics. Prior to Terabeam, Mr. Gartside was the Regional Director, Communications Division, for Stratus Computers, where he had responsibility for sales of platform, OSS and Network Element solutions to carriers in the Western United States. Mr. Gartside has also held a number of sales, marketing and sales management positions with NCR and AT&T Global Information Solutions. In his eleven-year career with NCR and AT&T GIS, his focus was on selling solutions for the communications industry. Mr. Gartside holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas and has pursued M.B.A. studies at the University of St. Thomas.
Farnsworth is Vice President of Evolving Systems' number management solutions. He joined Evolving Systems' software development team in 1992. He worked closely with customers to craft solutions for their complex systems and network problems, serving as Software Architect for key Number Portability projects in the US. In 2000, he assumed the position of Technical Director, with responsibility for OSS solutions management. Prior to Evolving Systems, Farnsworth spent 7 years in the Defense sector as a Member of Technical Staff, designing a variety of key software systems to aid in electronic data analysis and reduction. He holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.

Dwivedi joined Evolving Systems in Bangalore, India, in August 2007 as Director of Engineering. In December 2007, he assumed responsibility for oversight of all the operations of the Bangalore office and was promoted to General Manager. The Bangalore office provides engineering support to all the market units of Evolving Systems, Inc.
Dwivedi has over 17 years of industry experience in offshore delivery management in India. He previously worked with GXS (former GE Unit), Motorola and Hughes Software Systems (now Aricent). He has worked in various roles ranging from technical architect and project manager to program management. He earned his Masters degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai (formerly Madras), India.
David Nicol is executive vice president, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of Solutionary. For twenty plus years he has focused on setting strategic direction and driving profitable growth for technology-based enterprises. He currently serves as an outside director for Evolving Systems, Inc (Nasdaq) and on several advisory boards. Most recently, Mr. Nicol raised $6.3 million of venture capital and helped launch Sipera Systems (Dallas), a startup developing security software for VoIP. Until the end of 2003, Mr. Nicol served as senior vice president of product management and development for VeriSign Communications Services, a provider of critical network and IT services to all segments of the service provider industry. Prior to its acquisition by VeriSign in 2001 for over $1 B, he held the same position with Illuminet. As a member of the executive team that created Illuminet in early 1996, Mr. Nicol conceived and helped implement Illuminet's business model, and in 1999 he was on the IPO team (Nasdaq). Prior to Illuminet, he held executive positions with several early stage companies that were subsequently sold or merged into larger entities. From 1984 through 1990, Mr. Nicol held various officer positions with Sprint Corporation, lastly serving as vice president of corporate planning. Mr. Nicol holds a PhD and M.A. in corporate finance and economics, and a B. Sc. in aeronautical engineering.

David S. Oros, 47, joined the Company s Board of Directors in March 2008. Since 2006, Mr. Oros has served as Chairman of NexCen Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXC), a leading vertically integrated brand acquisition and management firm focused on brand management. Mr. Oros is also Chairman of Surroundart, a full service fine arts company. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Oros was the Chairman and CEO of Aether Systems, Inc., a leading provider of wireless and mobile data solutions for the transportation, fleet management and public safety industries. From 1994 until 1996, Mr. Oros was President of NexGen Technologies, L.L.C., a wireless software development company. From 1992 until 1994, he was President of the Wireless Data Group at Westinghouse Electric. Prior to that, from 1982 until 1992 Mr. Oros was at Westinghouse Electric directing internal research and managing large programs in advanced airborne radar design and development. Mr. Oros received a B.S. in mathematics and physics from the University of Maryland, and holds a U.S. patent for a multi-function radar system. Mr. Oros currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Maryland School of Nursing, Baltimore s Port Discovery Children s Museum, and on the board of trustees for the University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, Inc. Mr. Oros is also a managing partner for Global Domain Partners, LLC.

Richard Ramlall serves as Senior Vice President Strategic and External Affairs and is responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Investor Relations, Public Relations, External Affairs and Strategic Issues. Prior to joining RCN in March 2005, Mr. Ramlall served as Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Spencer Trask Media and Communications Group, LLC (a division of New York-based venture capital firm Spencer Trask & Company) based in Reston, Virginia, from June 1999 to March 2005. From March 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Ramlall served as Vice President and Managing Director for Strategy, Marketing and International Government Affairs for Bechtel Telecommunications. Prior to that, Mr. Ramlall was Executive Director for International Business Affairs for Bell Atlantic International and spent over 18 years at Bell Atlantic in a number of areas, including strategy; corporate development; finance; marketing; operations; regulatory; and legal. In 1990, Mr. Ramlall was selected to serve a one year appointment under the Presidential Exchange Executive Program of the White House. Mr. Ramlall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MGA (Technology Management) from the University of Maryland.
