Mike Kucha is Managing Director of Timeline Ventures, a venture capital firm based in San Diego that specializes in providing venture capital and private equity for young, high-growth enterprises and later, expansion stage companies. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at TechnoCom, Mr. Kucha is Managing Director and Founder of Timeline Advisers, a corporate advisory services firm that helps prepare both early stage and growth companies for financing opportunities. Mr. Kucha has more than 30 years of experience covering the practice of law, venture capital investing, business turnarounds, business ownership and board membership. Prior to founding Timeline Ventures and Timeline Advisers, Mr. Kucha was a general partner with Idanta Partners and led a number of investments with the firm. He twice served as CEO of Iomega Corporation, once when it was a development stage private company and a second time when it was a public company with over $100 million in revenues. He was on Iomega's board for 18 years. Mr. Kuchas other operating roles included terms as Chairman of GateField Corporation, a fabless semiconductor supplier, acting CEO of Exabyte, a manufacturer of tape drives and EVP of Micro Automation, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer. During his career, Mr. Kucha has worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, served on multiple boards and built successful management teams. He has invested in technology businesses, as well as, companies in more traditional industries, and thoroughly enjoys working with management teams to build successful enterprises. Mr. Kucha holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering, cum laude, and a J.D., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University.

Gudmundur Einarsson has been Chief Executive Officer of Tandberg Data since February 2000. He came from the position as Divisional Director in Elkem - where he has led the Silicon Division since he joined the company in 1995. Einarsson has previously worked for EB Informasjonssystemer, in TBK as Production Director and later as Divisional Director, Oslo, and from 1991 to 1995 as CEO in Hydro Aluminium Fundo AS, Hoanger. Over his 23-year career, Gudmundur Einarsson has established a broad experience from turnarounds and has achieved solid results in the aforementioned companies. Since joining Tandberg Data, Gudmundur Einarsson has been driving the company's success through strong product development, successful OEM agreements, and strategic acquisitions, such as the acquisition of Exabyte Corporation in November 2006. By doing so, he has changed the company from one that provides streamers, to a supplier of complex storage solutions.

Jack Tankersley, Jr., is one of the most experienced private equity investors currently active in the communications industry. He co-founded Meritage in 1998 to invest exclusively in communications. He began his career at the Continental Illinois Bank in 1974 and joined its venture capital subsidiary in 1978. Jack co-founded The Centennial Funds in 1981 and served as either the chief executive or chief investment officer of Centennial until 1997. Much of his previous investment activity with Centennial was concentrated in the communications industry. Jack also serves on the boards of directors of Exabyte Corporation and NuVox Communications (all Meritage portfolio companies).
