Exclusive Resorts LLC

Robert E. Parsons, Jr . has served as a member of TenFold s Board of Directors since September 2004. Mr. Parsons is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exclusive Resorts. Prior to joining Exclusive Resorts in 2004, Mr. Parsons had 23 years of experience with both Marriott and Host Marriott Corporation, and served for the last seven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Host Marriott. Prior to the division of Marriott Corporation in the early 1990s (into Marriott International, Inc. and Host Marriott Corporation), Mr. Parsons was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Marriott Corporation. Mr. Parsons has also served as Chairman of the Hotel Development Committee of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the National Advisory Counsel of the Graduate School of Management at Brigham Young University, and was a Director of CNL Hotels and Resorts (until April 12, 2007 when CNL Hotels and Resorts was sold).

Mr. Handler brings a wealth of legal and auction experience to Raendance. Mr. Handler is currently the co-founder and Vice Chairman of Exclusive Resorts, a members-only global luxury homes corporation. Previously he was eBay's first legal counsel and managed their IPO. He also led eBay's worldwide public policy, compliance, and lobbying efforts. Before eBay Mr. Handler was with Cooley Godward LLP focusing on technology license/transfer transactions. Mr. Handler has a law degree from the University of Virginia, and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton and Art and Sciences schools. He has lectured at Stanford GSB and Law schools, the University of Virginia School of Law, and Santa Clara Law School.

Dan Brady is a Regional Director with Exclusive Resorts managing sales and business development efforts for the world's leading luxury destination club. Prior to joining Exclusive Resorts, Dan was a Top Achiever in Ford Motor Company's Marketing Leadership Program, having served in brand management, sales, and franchising. Dan has a unique depth of international experience. He spent over four years with the International Republican Institute (IRI) conducting democracy programs throughout Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa. His time with IRI allowed Dan to contribute to historic elections in Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, South Africa, and Nigeria. He has lived and worked on three continents, including two years in Durban, South Africa. Dan holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with emphases in marketing and corporate strategy. His undergraduate degree is from Hope College with a BA in political science and foreign affairs. Dan has served on the Board of Directors for Peace Neighborhood Center for four years

John A. Pritzker founded Red Sail Companies in 1988, which includes Red Sail Sports and Mandara Spa, LLC. Mr. Pritzker has served as Red Sail?s President since its inception. He also serves on the board of Key3Media Group, Inc., a publicly traded owner and producer of such trade shows as COMDEX, N+I, and Seybold Seminars. Mr. Pritzker served in various executive positions within Hyatt Corporation over a 22-year period. He is also President of Hyatt Ventures, Inc.

Mr. Case is majority owner of Exclusive Resorts and founder, chairman and CEO of Revolution LLC, a company focused on building significant and innovative, consumer-driven businesses. Revolution LLC acquired Exclusive Resorts in the summer of 2003 and the company has since become the dominant leader of this new industry. Previously, Mr. Case spent 20 years as a pioneer in interactive services as the co-founder and CEO of America Online and the chairman of AOL Time Warner.
