When Dominic Silvio first opened the doors to Exhibit Works over 25 years ago, he had one goal in mind - to build a creative, innovative company that is constantly evolving to meet customer needs where people want to work hard while having fun. A first-generation American, Dominic began his career at 18 as an office boy at Display & Exhibit Company (D & E). After 10 years at D & E, he launched Exhibit Works with a small family loan and six trusted friends from the industry. A thoughtfulness about change and company growth has consistently driven Dominic's leadership of Exhibit Works. His personal touch and entrepreneurial passion has left a lasting impression on the company and the relationships it has built over the last quarter century. Under Dominic's guidance, Exhibit Works has grown rapidly and now employs more than 300 people with sales approaching $170 million. After 25 years of phenomenal growth, many of his original employees and clients still work together in a trusted family atmosphere. Dominic's inspiring leadership and dedication to excellence earned him the coveted Ernst & Young's Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2004.
