Mr. Puntikov has over 20 years of experience in IT. As co-founder and CEO of StarSoft Development Labs, he built up the company to become a Top 3 provider of offshore software development services in the Russia and Eastern Europe. Mr. Puntikov earned his M.Sc. from the St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) State University and started his career as a research scientist with the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Vadim Antonov is currently the Chief Architect of Exigen Group, a banking and insurance Application Service Provider. Prior to this, he was the Chief Network Architect of Genesys Telecom Labs, which was acquired by Alcatel. Vadim is also the founder and former CTO of Pluris, Inc, a terabit router startup. Prior to Pluris, Vadim was with nCube, Berkeley Software Design (BSD Unix), and Sprint (as the architect of the first commercial T-3 and fiber optic Internet backbone). Vadim also founded the first ISP to the USSR. Vadim holds an M.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow State University.

Jeffrey Pease is vice president of marketing for Exigen Group. He is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution across Exigen's ecosystem of companies. Prior to Exigen, Jeffrey was senior director of marketing and director of product strategy at Oracle. He founded and ran Oracle's Messaging team, which developed a repeatable process to create clear marketing messages and deliverables for any product. Jeffrey brings to Exigen more than 15 years of industry experience, including senior marketing roles at Oracle, Business Objects, Ithena and Bit Software. Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University's College of the Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Ulrike Hodges is Exigen's vice president of corporate strategy. Ulrike guides formulation of key market initiatives, from the funding process through the transition to implementation teams. She is responsible for managing strategic relationships with major Exigen partners in a variety of markets. Prior to her current role, Ulrike directed Exigen's web-based Managed Services offerings. With more than 20 years in high technology, Ulrike has strong expertise in corporate governance, financial systems and government technology policy. Prior to joining Exigen, Ulrike was responsible for product management at Portera Systems, an innovative web application provider specializing in project management and accounting solutions. During her tenure at Portera, Ulrike's product line was launched and grew from start-up status to serving over 100 companies worldwide.

Len Tokar was the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax Technologies Inc., a workflow technology company acquired by Exigen in 2000. Len was responsible for business development, customer delivery and partnering with companies such as HP and EDS. His career spans 13 years involving technology delivery and client satisfaction. Len has served as a Director of Exigen since 2000, and is responsible for mixed-shore team delivery of client implementations on-value and on-time.

John is a founding member of the Exigen Group, headquartered in Saint John, NB and has been a director of Anyware Group since 2005. His experience covers a career of 29 years of marketing and Information Technology management experience in the communications and petroleum industries. Before developing a successful technology and customer-relationship consulting business in New Brunswick, John held executive management positions in Irving Oil Ltd., a privately owned, multi-billion dollar Canadian petroleum refiner and marketer. His responsibilities included overseeing information technology and corporate re-engineering projects for operations, as well as managing the US subsidiary , Irving Oil Corporation. Prior to that, John was actively involved in the development of a very successful application service provider (ASP) business catering to the legal, insurance, and financial services for the New Brunswick Telephone Company. John was also a founding member of the National Systems Group of Telecom Canada.
