Prior to joining EXL, Vikram spent 26 years in Bank of America where he held several senior management positions. He was the Senior Vice President and Country Manager from 1989 to 1993, for the bank's operations in India. He was at the helm of a 700 strong wholesale and retail operations team that was amongst the most profitable of the bank's international operations. Vikram has also worked in the capacity of CEO and Managing Director at Ernst & Young Consulting, India and as their Asia Director for the firm's Global Operate Business (Outsourcing). Vikram has had extensive international exposure in the course of his assignments, in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and the US. Vikram holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

As a former business head at Deutsche Bank, Rohit Kapoor led a marketing team that serviced clients in Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Sub-continent. He also managed the venture capital and private equity investments of several Ultra High Net Worth clients in start-up companies both in the U.S. and Indian TMT sectors. Having successfully raised several rounds of venture capital funding for various companies, Rohit has also been involved in the structuring of their investments. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he worked for eight years with Bank of America, five of which were in Private Banking in New York and three in Corporate Banking in India. Rohit holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

As Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Krishna Nacha is responsible for sales and marketing efforts worldwide across the outsourcing and transformation business lines. Prior to joining EXL, Krishna was working with iGate Global Solutions since 2004 and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before iGate, Krishna worked with Infosys for 4 plus years in roles including Group Sales Manager - Insurance and Healthcare and Head of Sales for Canada. Krishna has a Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, India and an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.

Vikas Bhalla heads multiple client relationships and operations in Utilities vertical. In his previous assignment at EXL, he was responsible for setting up and heading migrations, process consulting, Six Sigma, quality compliance, certifications, information security and BCP. In his seven years stint with EXL, Vikas has also led operations for a large computer manufacturer; and development & implementation of various platforms for HR and Finance, ProMPT (process management system), WFM, etc

Amit Shashank is the General Counsel of EXL. Prior to joining EXL in June 2004, Amit was an associate at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling since January 1997 and worked on a number of international corporate transactions including debt and equity securities offerings and project financings. Amit is a member of the New York Bar and the New York State Bar Association. After graduating from Delhi University (Shri Ram College of Commerce) with a B.A. (Hons) Economics degree, Amit attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and graduated with an M.A. degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and subsequently attended The University of Michigan Law School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Journal of International Law, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.

As Chief Operating Officer, Pavan is responsible for offshore delivery across all the business lines and geographies and will continue to spearhead Outsourcing operations. He will also be responsible for administratively managing the Transformation services in India and strategic client relationships. Previously, he has also played a key role in identification and execution of initiatives for inorganic growth. Pavan joined EXL after a 17-year career at Bank of America where he had senior management roles in corporate banking, finance, capital markets and trading in various markets across Asia and Europe. He spearheaded the restructuring of the bank's securities activities in India and built and led capital markets businesses in Thailand, Russia, Korea and Poland. Pavan is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Steven B. Gruber is a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Management the investment advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity investment group. He was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Insurance Partners, L.P. (a $540 million private equity fund dedicated to investments in the insurance industry) and a Managing Partner of the management company of Acadia Partners, L.P. (a $1.6 billion leveraged high yield and private equity fund). Steven has senior responsibility for originating, structuring and managing investments for Oak Hill Capital’s Healthcare and Business and Financial Services industry groups. Prior to this Steven was a Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield Securities at Lehman Brothers and a Managing Director of its Merchant Banking Group. He was also a member of Lehman Brothers' Investment Committee and Investment Banking Division Operating Committee. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Clyde W. Ostler is group executive vice president of Wells Fargo & Company. He is responsible for the Wealth Management Group and the Internet Services Group. Wealth Management Group provides high net worth and affluent clients with products and services in the areas of Private Banking, investment counseling and management, trust and estate planning, and brokerage. Wealth Management Group has more than $200 billion in total assets under administration as of June 2007. Internet Services provides a full range of products and services online, via a single sign on, for consumers and small businesses. Wells Fargo was the first major financial services company to launch internet banking services and enjoys a #1 market share of active online users among banks. Joining Wells Fargo in 1971, Ostler has held management positions in Finance, Planning, International, Systems, Investment and Online Banking. A native of San Diego, he graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a B.A. in mathematics in 1968, and from the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. in 1970. Ostler serves on a number of charitable and business boards.

Edward Dardani has served as a member of the board of directors since April 27 2005. Edward is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners, L.P., where he joined in 2002. He is responsible for investments in business and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Partner at DB Capital Partners and a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in their investment-banking group. Edward serves on the boards of directors of American Skiing Company, The Jacobson Companies, and Southern Air Holdings.

Dr. Mohanbir Sawhney is a globally recognized scholar, teacher, consultant and speaker on strategic marketing, e-business and innovation. He is the McCormick Tribune Professor of Technology and the Director of the Center for Research in Technology and Innovation at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Business Week named him as one of the 25 most influential people in e-Business. Crain's Chicago Business named him a member of "40 under 40", a select group of young business leaders in the Chicago area. Mohanbir is also a Fellow of the World Economic Forum. He has been widely recognized as a thought leader. His research and teaching interests include collaborative marketing with customers, IT and business agility, customer-centric organization design, organic growth and business innovation. Dr. Sawhney is the co-author of three books - The Seven Steps to Nirvana: Strategic Insights into eBusiness Transformation, Techventure: New Rules for Value and Profit from Silicon Valley, and Kellogg on Technology & Innovation. He has also co-authored PhotoWars, a strategy simulation game. His research has been published in leading journals like California Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Management Science, Marketing Science, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. Mohanbir holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
