Mr. Barr is currently the President & CEO at Expand Networks, a technology company that helped pioneer the Wide Area Network (WAN) Optimization market. Before joining Expand, Mr. Barr was President and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm Geotechnology, a transnational software company supplying software to the Oil and Gas industry through 23 subsidiaries worldwide. Prior to Paradigm, Mr. Barr was CEO and Senior Managing Director of Mofet, a publicly traded Venture Capital firm in Israel. He also held several positions in marketing, sales, and business development in a NASDAQ company, which provided solutions to telecom operators worldwide. Mr. Barr received his Bachelor degree in Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science from Bar-llan University, and is a graduate of the INSEAD Finance for Executives Management Program.

Nir Ackerman is the CFO of Expand Networks and is responsible for managing the company's financial operations. Prior to joining the Expand team, Mr. Ackerman served as the Vice President of Finance for Aryt Industries Limited, before which, he was the company's chief economist. Mr. Ackerman's seasoned experience also includes tenure as the corporate controller for Reshef Technologies Ltd., a manufacturer of electronic fuses and telephone peripheral equipment. In this role, Mr. Ackerman was responsible for all accounting and economic management issues. Propelling his career towards Expand were his Bachelors Degrees in economics, political science and accounting.

Adam Davison is Vice President of Sales, EMEA, at Expand Networks and is responsible for all sales and pre-sales activities in the region. Davison has over twelve years experience serving as a data communications professional in a succession of key management and sales positions. His early career began with Distributed Micro Storage Technologies, a multi million pound niche UK based distributor of high value networking products where he occupied several account and product management positions and helped his team double turnover annually. Davison later spent a large period of his career at first ACC, a large router vendor and then Ericsson Enterprise, after it acquired the former, as the UK Sales Manager. At Ericsson he helped develop a new channel strategy for Western Europe and launched a new distribution channel for the UK that over achieved targets year on year.

Amy Peraza, VP of Marketing for Expand Networks is responsible for the company's global marketing development efforts, including strategic direction & programs, branding and communications. Amy has considerable experience in the IT sector having held a number of senior marketing positions across Europe and the US. Her skills extend across all areas of marketing, including: brand development; channel & direct marketing; marketing communications; product marketing and product development. Amy joined Expand from AppSense Ltd. where she spearheaded global marketing and was responsible for the strategic repositioning of the company from the optimization market into the security market. Prior to AppSense, Amy held a number of international marketing positions as well as a brand strategist with WWAV Rapp Collins (a division of Omincom) Amy holds an MA in public relations from Manchester University and a BA in French from Southern Methodist University. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Andrew Mullen is Vice President of Sales, Americas at Expand Networks and is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Expand Americas sales and channel program. Mullen recently held the Director, North America Sales Channel position at Expand. Mullen brings over 15 years of high tech experience as a seasoned salesman with a successful track record selling and developing sales teams. His strengths include maximizing sales volume and profit from all segments of direct and indirect sell through models. Prior to joining Expand Networks, Mullen was Director of Sales at Tacit Networks where he was a key contributor to the company's exponential growth from a startup to when it was acquired by Packeteer in May 2006. Prior to Tacit Networks, Mullen was Co-founder, VP Sales and Operations at Flipp Sports, a licensed major league sports product business. He also held sales positions at Fujitsu/Amdahl. Mullen graduated from Bentley College in Boston, MA with a BS in Finance/Marketing.

As President & CEO Elie Barr is responsible for overseeing all operations at Expand Networks. Before joining Expand, Mr. Barr was President and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm Geotechnology, a transnational software company headquartered in the USA and Europe supplying software to the Oil and Gas industry through 23 subsidiaries deployed worldwide. Prior to Paradigm, Mr. Barr was CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Mofet, a publicly traded Venture Capital fund in Israel, where he led and co-led over 30 investments worldwide. He also represented these investments by serving for them on numerous boards. Before entering into the world of high tech investment, Barr held several positions in marketing, sales, and business development in a NASDAQ company, which provided solutions to telecom operators worldwide. Prior to entering civilian life, Barr had a distinguished military career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces where he held a number of significant command positions in high tech related units. Mr. Barr received his Bachelor degree in Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science from Bar-llan University. Barr is also a graduate of the INSEAD Management Program.

Gideon Hazam is Vice President of Global Operations at Expand Networks. As the VP of Global Operations, Mr. Hazam oversees business, customer support, engineering, Information Systems and manufacturing of Expand Networks. Mr. Hazam brings Expand more than 20 years experience in business operations and IT, including service as a founding partner and analyst of Emicom Group, an investment company. In addition, Hazam brings Expand a wealth of international experience, having served as VP of international operations at Memco Software and spearheading IT management for several divisions at Scitex Corporation. Also contributing to his success is his certification in Management Information Systems.

Liad Ofek is Vice President of Technical Services at Expand Networks. Mr. Ofek provides Expand with a deep understanding of networking; a career with more than 11 years of managing customer support and training infrastructures. Before working for Expand Networks, Mr. Ofek worked for Netcom, a leading networking, IT and audio/video service provider. At Netcom, Mr. Ofek quickly became the manager of the support team and lead the way in advanced networks by deploying and supporting leading edge networking technology from Cisco and other networking vendors. Before joining Expand, Mr. Ofek served in an elite technology unit of the military and specialized in data communications and security. After his duty with the military, Mr. Ofek earned a B.Sc. in Communications Engineering.

Michael Peevey is VP of Sales at Expand Networks and has overall responsibility for all of Expand's operations in Asia Pacific. An industry veteran, Peevey brings to Expand over 15 years of experience in successfully starting, building and developing international reseller organizations in Europe, Asia and the United States. Prior to Expand Mike was at Hyperion Solutions European Headquarters for seven years where he successfully launched a range of new reporting products across Europe and developed new markets in Europe and Africa. During his time at Hyperion turnover grew from $30M to $500M. Later at Business Objects worldwide headquarters he led and grew the emerging markets business from inception to more than $12M with a 70% operating margin and an 18-person team. Before Expand he ran a team of 35 people in sales and marketing for Epicor Software in Asia. Mr. Peevey has a BS degree in Economics from Purdue University.

Mike Betz is the Vice President of Sales for EMEA, at Expand Networks and is responsible for all sales and presales activities throughout Europe Middle East and Africa. With over 16 years experience in the IT industry Betz has held senior European management roles at Whale Communications, SMARTS, Concord Communications, Compuware, Oracle and IBM. During his time at Concord Communications Betz successfully managed and developed the EMEA operations through channel partners and direct touch global accounts, and grew the EMEA business to 40% of the total Revenue for the company. More recently Betz was Managing Director at Whale Communications and Bridgewater Systems where he successfully launched these organizations into Europe winning major contracts within the Enterprise, Telco and Service Provider such as Virgin Media, Eircom, Pelephone, Telenor, Vodaphone, BMW and Siemens.

Shlomo Gutman is Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) at Expand Networks. With more than 22 years of experience in engineering and management, Mr. Gutman is responsible for overseeing the research and development of Expand Networks' leading technology. Mr. Gutman joined Expand from Kagoor Networks, which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2005. While at Kagoor, Mr. Gutman was VP of R&D, and focused his development ideas on emerging technologies in VoIP areas. Prior to Kagoor, he was VP of R&D for BitBand, a company that provides solutions for streaming video and audio content. Before BitBand, Mr. Gutman was Chief Technology Officer for Globaloop, an internet access systems developer. Mr. Gutman also held key technology and management positions at Armon Networking, EIT, PCB Technologies and Optrotech. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

An industry veteran, O'Brien brings to Expand over 15 years of experience in successfully developing new IT infrastructure services business and implementing global sales operations across APAC. O'Brien began his engineering career with Britannia Refined Metals, a subsidiary of Mount Isa Mines. He was awarded an engineering scholarship, obtained an Honors degree and was recruited into the GEC graduate training program. After completion of the program, O'Brien went on to hold a number of technical and business project management roles with international engineering companies in the UK, which he obtained Chartered Engineer status. O'Brien left the technology sector and joined the Projects and Engineering Division of the UK Civil Aviation Authority. During this period he held both project and change management roles and obtained an MBA from the Henley Management College in the UK. O'Brien then worked 2 years as an independent consultant on a number of consulting and sales roles involving high degree of change management projects. In 2000 he joined NCR in Australia, where he held a number of senior APAC sales and marketing roles. O'Brien then returned to the UK in 2004 where he joined EDS in new business development role as Global Client Executive in the telecommunications sector before returning to Australia again as VP, APAC for Expand.

Louis Toth is Managing Director at Comcast Interactive Capital. Louis is a Director, Board Observer or adviser for Arcwave, Cedar Point Communications, Jingle Networks, RF Magic, RGB Networks, StrataLight Communications, and Vitrue. Previously, Louis worked in investment banking and at a venture capital firm focused on technology and communications services.
