Guangfu Cui is CEO of eLong, Inc., a leading travel service company headquartered in Beijing with a national presence across China. Expedia, Inc., the largest online travel agency in the world, owns 52 percent of eLong. Cui joined eLong in October 2007 and is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the company. Prior to joining eLong, Cui was the Managing Director for FedEx Kinko's China. Under his leadership, Cui positioned the company as market leader in digital printing industry in China with 16 centers and 300 employees within four years after he joined FedEx Kinko's. Previously, Cui worked for Procter & Gamble China for over 12 years, including two-and-a-half years working in the United States. He was instrumental in building Procter & Gamble China's distribution network and retail coverage system. Cui holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts degree in law from Peking University.

In March 1983, in addition to Paramount, Mr. Diller became President of the conglomerate's newly formed Entertainment and Communications Group, which included Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Diller served as Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment.
Mr. Diller was born in San Francisco and raised in Beverly Hills. He serves on the boards of The Washington Post Company and the Coca-Cola Company. He is also a trustee of New York University and serves on the Executive Board for the Medical Sciences at UCLA, in addition to the boards of Conservation International and the Board of Councilors for the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California. Mr. Diller is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Since January 1, 2009, Mr. Tazon has served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Group SA ("Amadeus"), a leading provider of IT solutions to the travel and tourism industry. In addition, she created and developed clientele for the investor relations practice of Johnston Wells Public Relations Company in Denver. She also served as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for two years at Expedia, Inc., creating the first corporate philanthropy and cause-related marketing programs at the company, including the conception and negotiation of the World Heritage Alliance with the United Nations Foundation. For a dozen years prior to her investor relations career, she was a reporter with the Wall Street Journal. She has a BA in Journalism and International Studies from Iowa State University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa; a masters degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and an MBA from Regis University in Denver. In 2006, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the University of Wisconsin Journalism School, where she now serves on the alumni advisory board.

Reed E. Hundt is an advisor on information industries to McKinsey and Company, a worldwide management consulting firm. His work with McKinsey has focused on helping senior management and boards address a wide range of strategic and other leadership challenges. He also serves on the board of directors of three publicly traded companies, Allegiance Telecom, Inc., Expedia, and Intel Corp. He is a special advisor to Blackstone Group, a New York-based private equity firm, and a venture partner at Benchmark Capital, a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California, specializing in investments in high-tech companies. He teaches a seminar cross-listed at the Yale Law School and the Yale School of Management, where he serves as a member of the advisory committee. Hundt served four years as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), from 1993 to 1997. He also helped negotiate the World Trade Organization Telecommunications agreement, opening markets in 69 countries to competition and dropping barriers to foreign investment. He is especially proud of his role in making the largest single national commitment to K-12 education in America's history: the Snowe-Rockefeller program that dedicates more than $2 billion annually to connect all classrooms in the country to the Internet. Hundt is the author of, "You Say You Want A Revolution: A Story of Information Age Politics." (Yale University Press, 2000). He has also been Co-Chairman of The Forum on Communications and Society at The Aspen Institute.

William R. Fitzgerald was named Chairman of Ascent Media Group in August 2000. In addition, Fitzgerald holds the post of Senior Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation. At Liberty, Fitzgerald is involved with evaluating new investment opportunities and managing various assets in its new media, technology, and satellite distribution businesses. Fitzgerald was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Operations Administration for AT&T Broadband, formerly known as Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI), where he oversaw and directed the company's broadband operations strategies and managed the overall execution and administration of the corporate operating activities. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TCI, with responsibility for all corporate and field activities related to the company's broadband services operations, and before that was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnership Relations for TCI, where he managed the company's M&A transaction activities and strategies, including joint ventures and partnerships, primarily in conjunction with its cable television system assets. In addition, Fitzgerald was responsible for the company's cable television affiliate partnerships and joint ventures. Fitzgerald joined TCI in March of 1996 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to his positions at TCI, Fitzgerald was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Daniels & Associates, a leading brokerage and investment banking firm to the communications industry. During his eight years at Daniels & Associates, Fitzgerald managed numerous cable television system acquisitions and divestitures, as well as financing transactions. He began his career at The First National Bank of Chicago, in the Communications Companies Division, as a commercial banker, managing client relationships with cable television and telecommunications companies. In addition to Ascent Media Group, Fitzgerald serves on the boards of OnCommand Corporation, GSN - The Network for Games and BIA Digital Partners. Fitzgerald received an undergraduate degree from Indiana University School of Business and a master's degree in finance and marketing from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He is married, has three children, and resides in Englewood, Colorado.
