Guangfu Cui is CEO of eLong, Inc., a leading travel service company headquartered in Beijing with a national presence across China. Expedia, Inc., the largest online travel agency in the world, owns 52 percent of eLong. Cui joined eLong in October 2007 and is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the company. Prior to joining eLong, Cui was the Managing Director for FedEx Kinko's China. Under his leadership, Cui positioned the company as market leader in digital printing industry in China with 16 centers and 300 employees within four years after he joined FedEx Kinko's. Previously, Cui worked for Procter & Gamble China for over 12 years, including two-and-a-half years working in the United States. He was instrumental in building Procter & Gamble China's distribution network and retail coverage system. Cui holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts degree in law from Peking University.

Bill Holtz joined Expedia, Inc. as chief information officer in 2006. Holtz brings extensive knowledge and experience to operations, sales, marketing, business development, engineering and global integration. Holtz gained this cross-functional perspective from various senior leadership positions previously held at Fortune 50 companies, including CIGNA and Nortel. His expertise in managing large, global operations is demonstrated in achieving extensive cost savings, organization re-engineering and technology transformation, as well as leading the turnaround of a $1 billion IT operation for one company. Holtz received a bachelor of science in business administration from Columbus University.

As executive vice president of human resources, Kathy Dellplain oversees the human resources function for Expedia, Inc. Dellplain has over 20 years experience in various human resources management positions in the healthcare, healthcare information systems, and soft drink industries. Kathy was hired by Microsoft in 1999 to start up the human resources function for what was to become its new spin-off company, Expedia. Previously, Dellplain served for two years as vice president of human resources for IDX Systems Corporation, a healthcare information technology company. Prior to this, she was senior director of human resources for PHAMIS Inc. from 1990 until its merger with IDX Systems Corporation in 1997. Dellplain received an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of Hawaii.

Harvey Smalheiser - Director, is currently Senior Vice President of Tax at Expedia.com in Seattle, and in addition to his many talents, brings a critical travel industry perspective to our company. He is Chairman of SeaBridge's Audit Committee. Previously he was Sr. V.P. of Tax for Adecco North America, where he coordinated Adecco's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Earlier, in the transport sector, Mr. Smalheiser held senior management positions at Ryder System, Inc.

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Mark Okerstrom is responsible for leading Expedia's corporate strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions activities. Since joining Expedia in 2006, Mark has played a leadership role in driving Expedia's corporate strategy and has led many of the company's key acquisitions. Prior to joining Expedia, Mark was with strategy consultancy Bain & Company in Boston and San Francisco. Previously, he worked for UBS Investment Bank in London, and was a mergers & acquisitions attorney with the global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. Mark holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.

Doug Miller oversees the global advertising sales division (http://www.advertising.expedia.com/) of Expedia, Inc., the world's leading online travel company. In this role, Miller leads the group responsible for helping Expedia supply partners and other brand advertisers leverage the unique media value of the Expedia marketplace. Prior to joining Expedia, Miller worked for Ticketmaster in a number of strategy and business development positions. Prior, Miller served as General Manager, New Markets at Citysearch, where he was instrumental in the launch of seven new city guide markets, including Seattle Citysearch, where he later served as General Manager. Miller is member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau's Sales Executive Council and Sponsorship Committee. He holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.

Cindy is currently a Manager in the North America Finance group for Expedia, Inc, serving as a strategic business partner for Expedia.com point of sale, with responsibility for financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis. Cindy came to Expedia from Microsoft's Sales, Marketing and Services finance Group, where she was a Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to business school, Cindy was with Arthur Andersen, LLP for five years in the Business Fraud Investigation Service and Assurance and Business Advisory Service groups. Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her MBA from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

David Jones is a year into his retirement from his position as a development manager for Expedia.com, a leading online travel service. Prior to Expedia, David worked at Microsoft for 18 years as a manager or architect in languages, systems, and applications. He has a PhD in nuclear physics, but his entire career has been in programming. David and his wife (Maryanne Tagney Jones) are active in local politics, especially related to growth management near where they live.

Noah Tratt joined Expedia, Inc. in September of 2002 as the head of the car rental business. Under his leadership, the car rental business grew faster than any other mature business within Expedia. In June of 2006, Mr. Tratt became the Vice President of Supplier Strategy for Expedia Corporate Travel, where he and his team managed the air, hotel and car partnerships of the company. Before Expedia, Mr. Tratt worked for Ensis, LLC where he was a consultant to a variety of early stage startups. Prior to Ensis, Mr. Tratt spent nearly two years at Xylo, Inc. where he worked with HR professionals at leading employers to bring work-life solutions to their employees. Prior to Xylo, Mr. Tratt was a founder of the Daily Rocket, later sold to Fiserv; he also worked for nearly five years as a member of the Excel and Reference teams at Microsoft. Mr. Tratt is a graduate of Brown University.

Richard Bangs, an international river explorer, and award-winning author, is the Editor-at-Large for Expedia, a contributing editor for MSNBC, executive producer of Expedia Radio, and founder and executive publisher for Expedia Travels Magazine. He was editor-in-chief of Mungo Park, Expedia's on-line adventure travel magazine. Bangs created and produced the first travel CD-ROMs and the first travel website.

Craig A. Jacobson was elected as a director of Expedia in December 2007. Mr. Jacobson was a founding partner at the law firm of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller, Hoberman, Newman & Richman, L.L.P. where he has practiced entertainment law for the past 20 years. Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Board of Trustees at the USC Fine Arts School and is a member of the Board of Directors of Aver Media, a privately-held Canadian lending institution.

Jose A. Tazon was elected as a director of Expedia in March 2009. Since January 1, 2009, Mr. Tazon has served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amadeus IT Group SA ("Amadeus"), a leading provider of IT solutions to the travel and tourism industry. He served as Amadeus' President and Chief Executive Officer from October 1990 until December 2008. Prior to joining Amadeus, Mr. Tazon worked at Iberian Airlines from 1975 until 1987, where he served as Head of Systems Planning from 1983 until 1987. Mr. Tazon has received a number of awards, including the Medal of Merit from Spain's Council of Ministers and the Plaque for Merit in Business from the World Tourism Organization. Mr. Tazon is also a member of several leading travel and tourism groups, including Exceltur, an alliance for excellence in tourism, the British Travel Industry Hall of Fame, the Travel Hall of Fame of the Travel Industry Club of Germany and the World Travel & Tourism Council. Mr. Tazon received advanced degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and Data Processing from the Universidad Politecnica, Madrid, Spain.

Marj Charlier, Vice President of Investor Relations at Real Networks, has spent more than 30 years in corporate philanthropy, journalism and strategic communications. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of Investor Relations at Expedia, Inc., IAC/Interactive Corp., Cyprus Amax Minerals Co. and Amax Gold Inc. In addition, she created and developed clientele for the investor relations practice of Johnston Wells Public Relations Company in Denver. She also served as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for two years at Expedia, Inc., creating the first corporate philanthropy and cause-related marketing programs at the company, including the conception and negotiation of the World Heritage Alliance with the United Nations Foundation. For a dozen years prior to her investor relations career, she was a reporter with the Wall Street Journal. She has a BA in Journalism and International Studies from Iowa State University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa; a masters degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and an MBA from Regis University in Denver. In 2006, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the University of Wisconsin Journalism School, where she now serves on the alumni advisory board.

Reed E. Hundt is an advisor on information industries to McKinsey and Company, a worldwide management consulting firm. His work with McKinsey has focused on helping senior management and boards address a wide range of strategic and other leadership challenges. He also serves on the board of directors of three publicly traded companies, Allegiance Telecom, Inc., Expedia, and Intel Corp. He is a special advisor to Blackstone Group, a New York-based private equity firm, and a venture partner at Benchmark Capital, a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California, specializing in investments in high-tech companies. He teaches a seminar cross-listed at the Yale Law School and the Yale School of Management, where he serves as a member of the advisory committee. Hundt served four years as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), from 1993 to 1997. He also helped negotiate the World Trade Organization Telecommunications agreement, opening markets in 69 countries to competition and dropping barriers to foreign investment. He is especially proud of his role in making the largest single national commitment to K-12 education in America's history: the Snowe-Rockefeller program that dedicates more than $2 billion annually to connect all classrooms in the country to the Internet. Hundt is the author of, "You Say You Want A Revolution: A Story of Information Age Politics." (Yale University Press, 2000). He has also been Co-Chairman of The Forum on Communications and Society at The Aspen Institute.

William R. Fitzgerald was named Chairman of Ascent Media Group in August 2000. In addition, Fitzgerald holds the post of Senior Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation. At Liberty, Fitzgerald is involved with evaluating new investment opportunities and managing various assets in its new media, technology, and satellite distribution businesses. Fitzgerald was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Operations Administration for AT&T Broadband, formerly known as Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI), where he oversaw and directed the company's broadband operations strategies and managed the overall execution and administration of the corporate operating activities. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TCI, with responsibility for all corporate and field activities related to the company's broadband services operations, and before that was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnership Relations for TCI, where he managed the company's M&A transaction activities and strategies, including joint ventures and partnerships, primarily in conjunction with its cable television system assets. In addition, Fitzgerald was responsible for the company's cable television affiliate partnerships and joint ventures. Fitzgerald joined TCI in March of 1996 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to his positions at TCI, Fitzgerald was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Daniels & Associates, a leading brokerage and investment banking firm to the communications industry. During his eight years at Daniels & Associates, Fitzgerald managed numerous cable television system acquisitions and divestitures, as well as financing transactions. He began his career at The First National Bank of Chicago, in the Communications Companies Division, as a commercial banker, managing client relationships with cable television and telecommunications companies. In addition to Ascent Media Group, Fitzgerald serves on the boards of OnCommand Corporation, GSN - The Network for Games and BIA Digital Partners. Fitzgerald received an undergraduate degree from Indiana University School of Business and a master's degree in finance and marketing from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He is married, has three children, and resides in Englewood, Colorado.
