Davis Marksbury is the president and CEO of Exstream Software, which he founded in January 1998. An entrepreneur since the age of 26, Mr. Marksbury is a pioneer in the document publishing industry, with Exstream being the third company he has successfully launched to address complex technology challenges in the industry. In 1984 he co-launched PDR Information Services, a national information consulting firm, and in 1992 he and business partner, Dan Kloiber, started PDR Advanced Technology, where they developed StreamWeaver. In June 2003, Mr. Marksbury was named Ernst & Young "Technology Entrepreneur of the Year" for the Southern Ohio and Kentucky region. He is also a two-time finalist in Inc magazine's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a BS in engineering.
Richard Troksa is President and CEO of Exstream Software. With more than 23 years experience in the technology environment, Mr. Troksa has held executive positions in development, professional services, marketing, and business management. Before joining Exstream, Mr. Troksa was instrumental in the creation and market delivery of many printing and output solutions while working for IBM. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MS in engineering from Colorado State University.

As executive vice president of Exstream's worldwide sales & strategy, Steve Whitman oversees the sales of Exstream products throughout all industries and geographies. With more than 25 years experience in software sales, Mr. Whitman has held senior management positions with a variety of companies. Prior to joining Exstream, he was vice president of sales at First Image, a division of First Data Corporation. He also held sales management and product marketing positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Whitman received a BS in business administration from Indiana State University.
As senior vice president of worldwide product management and software development, Mr. Gottsacker manages the entire portfolio of Exstream's software solutions. He oversees product management, rollout and training, development, quality assurance, and documentation for Dialogue, Dialogue Live, and AFP Studio products. With more than 18 years experience in product management and software development, Mr. Gottsacker most recently served as vice president of product management for Metavante's EPP (electronic presentment and payment) division. Prior to that, he was the chief technology officer of Mortgagebot.com and a vice president of product development for M&I Data Services. Mr. Gottsacker graduated with highest honors from McKendree College in Illinois. He holds a BS in computing and information science.

Jeff Cole joined Exstream in 2006 as vice president of product development and is responsible for overseeing all development, quality assurance and documentation activities for Exstream's products. With more than 20 years of experience with leading software companies, Mr. Cole has held numerous senior management positions covering all phases of software development, from requirements definition to product delivery and maintenance. While with Microsoft, Mr. Cole successfully coordinated release activities across a team of approximately 300 members in three different domestic and international locations. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a MBA from The Ohio State University.

Kelley Sloane has served as vice president of marketing for Exstream Software since April 2000. She is responsible for corporate, product, industry, and international marketing for Exstream, as well as customer relations and co-marketing partner programs. Prior to joining Exstream, Ms. Sloane led global marketing and development of Baan Company's distant learning education programs. From 1995 to 1998 she won numerous awards for her analyst relations success at INTERSOLV (now Merant, Inc.), a software company in Rockville, Maryland. Earlier, she launched eCommerce software products at GE Information Services in Rockville, Maryland, and developed financial and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems at GE Lighting in Cleveland. Ms. Sloane graduated "with distinction" from the University of Kentucky with a BS in computer science.
