Mike has over 25 years of experience in technology and management consulting services companies, as well as in software companies. He has designed and built complex systems supporting a variety of business functions. Additionally, he has extensive project management experience that has provided him valuable insight into the best practices that drive the success of complex business and technology initiatives. Half of Mike's career has been spent helping clients with their customer relationship management initiatives. Over the last 16 years, Mike has held a number of senior executive positions in a variety of companies that have served many different industries. In these positions, he has had responsibility for developing and executing company strategies, building business development, sales, and delivery organizations, and then operating those organizations. As CEO of Extraprise, Mike often serves as an Extraprise "executive sponsor," working in conjunction with Extraprise delivery teams to develop and deliver business solutions to our clients.

Bill leads the company's platform development, privacy and security, and thought leadership efforts. He has written numerous reports and has had more than 100 articles published in industry magazines in the US and Europe.

Chad has over 14 years of experience working as consultant and a manager in the CRM and Marketing Services industries. He has led the development and deployment of numerous enterprise-wide sales, marketing, and service solutions for clients in the financial services, high technology, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical verticals. Prior to his current role at Extraprise, Chad led the Metro New York and Southeast consulting practices. Now, as CMO, he is responsible for lead generation, strategic alliances, corporate and field marketing, inside sales, and public relations.

Josh is the Director of Operations for the i2i Platform Development group. He focuses on the design and delivery of managed infrastructure services for i2i clients. Josh has over nine years of comprehensive experience delivering Siebel software solutions from Siebel version 3 through version 7.7 and has led numerous technical teams through design, implementation, and support. He continues to serve as an advisor on technical architecture design for Extraprise CRM business solutions. As Chief Security Officer (CSO) of Extraprise, Josh is responsible for the creation and implementation of security policy for Extraprise. He has a current CISSP certification.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience working as a consultant and as an executive in various software, computer hardware, and professional services companies. He has had direct responsibility in managing start-up organizations, and large-scale organizations in customer support, professional services, business development, and sales. He has managed broad regional operations covering multiple offices across multiple states.

Jim has over 15 years of experience working in various software and professional services companies. Jim has spent a majority of his career focused on CRM application implementation services. He is responsible for the delivery of client CRM initiatives within the east region. Jim has experience across the spectrum of CRM applications including sales, service, call center, field service, marketing, and business intelligence. Jim has managed all aspects of projects from strategy development, package selection, project definition, requirements analysis, business process design, technical design, development, implementation, and post implementation support. He has worked extensively within the high technology, financial services, manufacturing, communications, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotech, professional services, transportation, and retail sectors.

Chris has spent his entire career as a management consultant helping organizations become customer-centric in their marketing efforts. He develops and applies insights from client data to effectively plan and manage direct marketing campaigns. Chris also has the operational experience to design and manage a CRM framework with a database as the foundation to provide a single view of the customer and to enable planning and analysis of marketing efforts across all channels. He has worked in many industries, held management roles, and worked with leading technologies.

Kara has over seven years of experience as a consultant in the direct marketing industry. She has experience implementing, using, and supporting marketing technologies, OLAP applications and databases, and marketing segmentation tools. In addition to supporting the technology, she works with Extraprise's clients to turn the data into actionable marketing programs.

Joe, retained since 2001 as a Senior Advisor to Key Venture Partners, also currently serves as Chairman of McCullen Capital, LLC ("MCAP"), a family office firm founded the same year. Previously, for 18 years he was a Managing Director at the venture capital firms of Whitney & Co. and OneLiberty Ventures. During this period of time his investments were in communications and information technology. He was a founding investor in such successful companies as TeleCorp, Brooks Fiber Properties, Intermedia Communications, Eastern TeleLogic, MetroNet, NuVox and metroPCS. Earlier in his career he served as a Special Assistant to the President of the U.S., Assistant Secretary of the Navy and acting Secretary of the Navy. Currently he serves on several boards including NuVox, metroPCS, Atlantis Bidding and TeleCorp WCS. Joe holds a Ph.D. (hon.) from his alma mater Villanova University and is a recipient of two Distinguished Service Medals.

Lynda M. Applegate is the Henry R. Byers Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, teaching courses in entrepreneurial management and technology and innovation, and serving as head of the school's Field-Based Learning programs. Lynda currently chairs HBS' Owner/President Executive Programs and its Building New Ventures executive education and alumni programs. She is also developing the HBS Global Entrepreneurship Knowledge Network and is chairing the School's Building Ventures in Emerging Markets programs. Between 1995 and 2003, she served as co-chair of the Harvard Policy Group on Networked Government Services. Prior to joining the HBS faculty, Lynda was on the faculty of the University of Michigan, University of Washington and University of Arizona. In addition to her academic positions, Lynda worked at Ford Motor Company in the 1960s and held management positions in the health care industry during the 1970s. Lynda's current research and recent publications focus on the challenges of building new ventures and leading radical business innovation in the face of significant market, technological, and regulatory turbulence. Previous research focused on the impact of information technology on industry and organizational transformation. She is the author of 4 books, over 40 articles and book chapters, and 300 published case studies on this subject. Her online course, Building E-Businesses, was among the first distance learning executive courses available through Harvard Business School Interactive and HBS Publishing. In 1999, Lynda was awarded Harvard Business School's prestigious Apgar Award for Innovation in Teaching, and in 1992, she was awarded the School's Berol Award for Research Excellence. A paper on 21st century business models was selected for presentation at the "Best Papers" session at the Academy of Management annual meeting, and a second paper was selected for presentation at the keynote session of the International Conference on Information Technology and Emergent Forms of Organization. She also won several "Best Paper" awards at the International Conference on System Sciences for papers describing the impact of information technology on group processes, strategic planning, and executive decision making. Lynda is an active international consultant and has served on the board of directors of both public and venture-backed companies. She is an advisor and advisory board member for senior executives launching new business initiatives in established companies and for entrepreneurs launching independent ventures. In addition, she is on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Council, is a member of the Technology Advisory Board for NASDAQ, and serves on the advisory board for the World Bank's Global Development Gateway. She also serves as a policy advisor on business and technology to the Comptroller General of the U.S., David Walker. During the late 1990s, Lynda participated on a Blue-Ribbon Panel to define a National Research Agenda on the development of the Network Economy, and participated in a roundtable of advisors to President Clinton's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Yury brings Extraprise more than ten years of venture capital expertise and over 30 years of entrepreneurial, professional and managerial experience in all aspects of information technology. He was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at ETF Group, a Swiss-based venture capital firm with offices in the U.S., U.K., France, Italy, Germany and Australia. European Technology Forum named ETF Group the "Venture Capitalist of the Year" (2000). Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of The Fantastic Corporation CEE (Central Eastern Europe), a joint venture with The Fantastic Corporation AG. He contributed to a successful IPO of the Fantastic at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he was CEO and major shareholder of APP Group, the second largest systems integrator in Central Eastern Europe and the first SAP System House outside of Germany. He sold APP Group to Warburg Pincus Ventures. Mr. Parad also served in a number of senior management positions at Oracle Corporation in the United States and Europe, including Managing Director of Oracle Central Eastern Europe.
