A native of Wichita Falls, Texas, Mr. Tillerson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin before joining Exxon Company, U.S.A. in 1975 as a Production Engineer. In 1989, he became General Manager of EUSA's Central Production Division, responsible for oil and gas production operations throughout a large portion of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas. In 1992 Mr. Tillerson was named Production Advisor to Exxon Corporation. Three years later he was named President of Exxon Yemen Inc. and Esso Exploration and Production Khorat Inc., and in January 1998 became Vice President of Exxon Ventures (CIS) Inc. and President of Exxon Neftegas Limited. In those roles, he was responsible for Exxon's holdings in Russia and the Caspian Sea as well as the Sakhalin I Consortium operations offshore Sakhalin Island, Russia. In December 1999, he became Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil Development Company. Mr. Tillerson was named Senior Vice President of Exxon Mobil Corporation in August 2001, and was elected President of the Corporation and member of the board of directors on March 1, 2004. He assumed his current position January 1, 2006. Mr. Tillerson is a member of the Executive Committee and Policy Committee of the American Petroleum Institute. He is also a trustee of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He is a member of the National Petroleum Council, the Business Roundtable and its Energy Task Force, an honorary trustee of the Business Council for International Understanding, and a member of the Emergency Committee for American Trade. Mr. Tillerson is a member of the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America, a director of the United Negro College Fund, and Vice-Chairman of the Ford's Theatre Society. He is also a member of the Engineering Advisory Board for the University of Texas at Austin and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Dolan joined Mobil Oil Corporation in 1980 at the Paulsboro, New Jersey, research laboratory. Over the next 13 years, he worked in a variety of engineering and managerial positions supporting Mobil's worldwide refineries. He joined Mobil's worldwide petrochemicals division in 1993 in Houston, Texas. Mr. Dolan progressed through a variety of strategic planning and business management positions in the aromatics, olefins and polyethylene businesses before becoming vice president and general manager for petrochemicals in the Americas in 1998. Following the Exxon and Mobil merger, in 2000 Mr. Dolan became the Middle East and Africa regional director of ExxonMobil Chemical Company located in Brussels, Belgium. In 2001, he moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he served as executive vice president for ExxonMobil Saudi Arabia. He returned to the United States in 2003 as deputy to the president of ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company in Fairfax, Virginia. From September 2004, he was president of ExxonMobil Chemical Company and vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation until his appointment as senior vice president to the Corporation in April 2008. Mr. Dolan is a Member of the Board of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council, the U.S.-China Business Council and the American Petroleum Institute. He is on the Board of Trustees of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Dolan also served as director of the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry and the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Andrew P. Swiger is senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation and a member of the corporation’s Management Committee. Throughout his career, Mr. Swiger has held a variety of technical and managerial positions in production, operations, engineering, planning and gas and power marketing. He joined the company in 1978 as an operations engineer in Morgan City, La., eventually progressing through a series of upstream staff and managerial assignments in Africa, Europe and North America. Mr. Swiger moved to the downstream operations in 1996, serving as general manager of manufacturing at the company’s Jurong refinery and petrochemical plant in Singapore. In 1999, he returned to the upstream operations as president and general manager of Mobil Oil Canada. Following the merger, he was appointed corporate production advisor at ExxonMobil's headquarters in Irving, Texas. In 2001, Mr. Swiger was appointed vice president for Africa, and in 2003 he was named chairman and production director for ExxonMobil International Limited with responsibility for production in the Europe/Caspian/Russia region. He also served as the lead country manager for ExxonMobil's business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Mr. Swiger was named executive vice president of ExxonMobil Production Company in 2004. He served in that capacity until being named president of ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing in 2006, a position he held until being elected senior vice president of the corporation in 2009. Originally from Washington, D.C., Mr. Swiger holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He serves as a director for the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He also is a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies Advisory Board and the Alley Theatre Corporate Council.

A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mr. Humphreys earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1971. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1974. Concurrent with the merger with Mobil in 1999, Humphreys was named Vice President and Controller of Exxon Mobil Corporation. In July 2004, he was named Vice President and Treasurer of Exxon Mobil Corporation. He was elected Senior Vice President and Treasurer and also joined the Corporation's Management Committee effective January 1, 2006. Mr. Humphreys serves on the Board of Governors of the Oklahoma State University Foundation. In 2007, he was named a Distinguished Alumni of OSU and was inducted into the Spears School of Business Hall of Fame. Sam Palmisano is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the IBM Corporation. Mr. Palmisano was appointed to this position on January 6, 2003. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He began his career in 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland.
