Mr. Babb has been a FirstWave director since March 1999. He is President of Operation Simulation Associated, Inc., a software company developing power system simulation software and providing consulting services to the electric power industry, which he founded in 1983. He is also CEO of Babb Cellular Concrete International and VP of Babb Lumber Company, Inc., related building material manufacturing companies. He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. I.
