F5 Networks Inc.

Andy Reinland is responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and information technology at F5. Reinland joined the company in 1998 as Senior Finance Analyst and later served as Vice President of Finance. In the latter capacity he reported to the company's Chief Financial Officer and held primary responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, and provision of direct financial support to the company's business functions. Prior to joining F5, Reinland was CFO for RTIME, Inc., a developer of real-time 3-D software for Internet applications, which was acquired by Sony. Reinland holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University.

John Rodriguez is responsible for worldwide accounting, reporting, human resources, and corporate operations at F5. Rodriguez joined the company as Corporate Controller in 2001. He then served as Vice President and Corporate Controller, responsible for the performance of all international and domestic accounting and reporting functions including SEC compliance. Before coming to F5, Rodriguez was Vice President and CFO of CyberSafe, a security solutions company, and Senior Director of Finance and Operations at Mosaix, which was acquired by Lucent Technologies. Rodriguez holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Karl Triebes is responsible for overseeing the company's technology roadmap and leading our engineering team. Triebes has a successful track record of driving the development of enterprise networking and next-generation telecommunications products, including Layer 4-7 switches. Prior to joining F5, Triebes was CTO and Vice President of Engineering at Foundry Networks in San Jose, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of corporate product architectures, including the technology roadmap. Triebes received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University

Mark Anderson oversees all sales activities for the F5 Application Delivery Networking product and service portfolio. Prior to joining F5 Networks in 2004, he served as Executive Vice President of North American Sales at Lucent Technologies. Anderson has held sales leadership positions for companies including RadioFrame Networks and Comdisco. He also served as the Western United States Regional Sales Director for Cisco Systems from 1997 to 2001. Anderson holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from York University in Toronto

Marc Goodman has over 25 years experience in the technology industry, with a history of building industry leading brands for emerging companies, managing product marketing and marketing communications. Joining us in the fall of 2006 as Director of Marketing at Omnitronix, Marc is responsible for leading the company's overall corporate and product marketing. Prior to Omnitronix, he managed his own marketing consulting practice, was the Director of Marketing at UBmatrix, and served as VP of Marketing at Threshold Networks. From 1998 to 2001 Marc served as Sr. Director of Marketing at F5 Networks, where he successfully led the marketing organization, developed an industry-leading brand, and managed all marketing functions through a successful IPO. In 1993, Marc served as the Director of Marketing at SPRY/Compuserve, where he spearheaded one of the first Internet consulting organizations, and helped bring the company's first Internet products to market. Marc has served as Director of Marketing at Cogent Networks, Senior Product Manager at Attachmate and Director of Product Marketing for Wall Data.

Karl D. Guelich has served as one of the directors of F5 since June 1999 and served as board chair from January 2003 through April 2004. Guelich has been in private practice as a certified public accountant since his retirement from Ernst & Young in 1993. At Ernst and Young, he was the Area Managing Partner for the Pacific Northwest offices, headquartered in Seattle, from October 1986 to November 1992. Guelich holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Deborah L. Bevier, 55, has been a director of Coinstar since August 2002 and was appointed the Board of Directors’ non-employee chairperson in October 2008. Ms. Bevier has been a principal of D.L. Bevier Consulting LLC (an organizational and management consulting firm) since May 2004. Ms. Bevier also served as president of Waldron Consulting, a division of Waldron & Co. (an organizational and management consulting firm) from July 2004 to April 2006. Prior to that time, from 1996 until 2003, Ms. Bevier served as a director, president, and chief executive officer of Laird Norton Financial Group and its predecessor companies (an independent financial advisory services firm). From 1973 to 1996, Ms. Bevier held numerous leadership positions with KeyCorp (a bank holding company), including chairman and chief executive officer of Key Bank of Washington. Ms. Bevier currently serves on the board of directors of Fisher Communications, Inc. (a media and communications company), F5 Networks, Inc. (an application traffic management software company) and Puget Sound Bank.

Mr. Ames most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MediaOne International, based in London, England, where he was responsible for developing and managing a global portfolio of sixteen broadband and wireless communication ventures. During the same period Gary also served as Chairman of Telewest, the UK's largest residential broadband company. Before joining MediaOne International in July 1995, Gary spent seven years as President and Chief Executive Officer of US West Communications, which encompasses residential and business telephone services in 14 western and Midwestern states. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Albertson, Tektronix, and iPass.

Scott Thompson is President of PayPal with overall responsibility for growing the global leader in online payments. Succeeding Rajiv Dutta in 2008, Scott previously served as PayPal's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer where he oversaw information technology, product development, and architecture for PayPal. Prior to PayPal, Scott worked for Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa formed to oversee global technology for the organization. As Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions at Inovant, he was responsible for all development, support and maintenance of Visa's global payment system. Scott was also Chief Information Officer of Barclays Global Investors, where he implemented a new strategic technology platform and global infrastructure. In addition, he has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, delivering information technology solutions to leading financial services clients such as Wells Fargo. Scott received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Stonehill College.
