Hugh Mai is a vice president and a senior research analyst for First Albany covering the IT Hardware & Storage Infrastructure sector. Mr. Mai joined First Albany in September 2005 as a research associate covering a range of companies in the IT Hardware & Storage sector. Prior to joining First Albany, Hugh served as a technology consultant at Accenture and worked as a senior financial analyst for both Organic, Inc and Wells Fargo Bank. Hugh has also successfully founded an online business.

David Webber is a managing director and senior research analyst specializing in Biotechnology, and covers a collection of pharmaceutical and related biotechnology companies. Mr. Webber joined First Albany Capital in August 2001. He has also served as senior biotechnology analyst at Warburg Dillon Read and Alex Brown & Sons. Mr. Webber spent almost two years as general partner of BioVest Research LLC, a biotechnology research boutique and consulting firm. During that time he was engaged in a variety of consulting projects that included analysis of potential pharmaceutical markets for start-up companies, analysis of biotechnology financial conditions for commercial lending institutions, and analysis of biotechnology valuation dynamics for industry clients. Mr. Webber received his MA from Columbia University and his BA from Kalamazoo College. He has also been recognized as a Wall Street Journal "All-Star" Analyst in Biotechnology.

Mark Murphy is a managing director and senior research analyst covering the Enterprise Application Software sector. Before joining First Albany Capital in June 1997, he was a member of the broadcasting and media equity research team of Bankers Trust/BT Alex Brown. Mr. Murphy has a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and has been named a highly ranked analyst in The Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" survey.

Richard K. Baldry, CFA is a senior technology analyst covering the Software sector. Rich has 10 years experience covering Software and Technology stocks, most recently at Roth Capital Partners, where he was a senior analyst covering the Software-as-a-Service and Software Hybrids sectors. Previously, Rich served as a senior analyst covering Technology with a specialty in Enterprise Software & Software Hybrids at Emerging Growth Equities, Investec/PMG and Olde Discount Corporation.

Mr. Carlucci has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the University of South Florida since 2001. Prior to joining the University of South Florida, Mr. Carlucci was appointed by H. Carl McCall as the First Deputy Comptroller in the Office of the New York State Comptroller. He has served as Secretary to the New York State Assembly Ways & Means Committee and Director of the New York State Assembly Higher Education Committee. His prior experience in higher education has also included the positions of Executive Vice President, University at Albany, State University of New York, Vice President for Administration at Brooklyn College and serving on the faculty of the Public Administration Departments of Baruch College of City University of New York and the University at Albany's Rockefeller College.

Walter M. Fiederowicz has been a private investor and consultant since August 1997. From April 1997 until August 1997, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of WorldCorp., Inc., the holding company of World Airways, Inc., a provider of long range passenger and cargo air transportation services to major airlines, and of InteliData Technologies Corporation, a provider of caller identification based telecommunications devices, smart telephones and on-line electronics information services. Mr. Fiederowicz served as Chairman of Colonial Data Technologies Corp., a distributor of telecommunications equipment which subsequently merged into InteliData Technologies Corporation, from August 1994 to March 1996. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Meacock Capital, plc, an investment vehicle for the Lloyd's insurance market. He also is Chairman of the Board of Heritage Underwriting Agency, plc, the holding company of the Lloyd's insurance underwriter and serves as a director of First Albany Companies, Inc., the parent of a broker-dealer.
