Mr. Watsa is the Chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Watsa has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited since 1985, and as Vice President of Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel Ltd. since 1985. Mr. Watsa currently serves on the board of the OdysseyRe Foundation. He formerly served as Vice President of GW Asset Management from 1983 to 1984, and Vice President of Confederation Life Investment Counsel from 1974 to 1983. Mr. Watsa is a resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Raymond A. Roy has over thirty-five years of data processing experience with the last thirty in the Insurance sector. As Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Ray is responsible for Information Technology services for MFX, as well as the Fairfax Financial Holdings, Ltd. group of companies and reducing overall Information Technology budgets. In the recent past, infrastructure, software and application changes have resulted in significant annualized savings for two companies alone. MFX was developed to bring these same cost savings to the marketplace by offering Information Technology and eBusiness Insurance solutions developed and proven within the Fairfax companies. Prior to joining MFX, Ray had a 15-year tenure with American International Group (AIG) during which time he was Senior Systems Officer for General Insurance at AIG and had worldwide responsibility for systems reporting directly to the AIG Vice Chairman.

Mr. Martin is a member of our board of directors. Mr. Martin has served as a Vice President of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited since 1998 and as the Chief Operating Officer since November 2006. Mr. Martin is also on the board of directors of Northbridge Financial Corporation, and Crum & Forster Holdings Corp, both of which are affiliates of the Company. Mr. Martin served as a director of Hub International Limited from May 2002 to June 2007. Previously, Mr. Martin was a partner at the law firm of Torys LLP in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Martin is a resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Sam Chan is the CEO of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited and the President of Fairfax Asia Limited. He is a Mathematics graduate majoring in Actuarial Science. Mr. Chan has been in property and casualty insurance for 28 years of which 19 years with Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, the parent company of Falcon. Through his actuarial role, Mr. Chan has been actively involved in the operations of the Group’s Insurance Companies in Canada, United States of America, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Thailand. Mr. Chan has also been actively involved in the various Merger and Acquisitions of Insurance Operations made by Fairfax Group in the last 2 decades.

Alan Horn is Chairman of Rogers Communications Inc. and President and CEO of Rogers Telecommunications Limited, a position he has held since March 2006. Mr. Horn served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rogers Communications Inc. from 1996 to 2006 and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Telecommunications Limited from 1990 to 1996. Mr. Horn is a Chartered Accountant. He received a B.Sc. with First Class Honours in Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Mr. Johnston is President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Waterloo following 15 years as Principal and Vice-Chancellor of McGill University. He has chaired numerous boards and organizations including the Board of Overseers of Harvard University and the Federal Government's Information Highway Advisory Council. He has authored many books including works on e-business, the information highway and corporate and securities law. Mr. Johnston is a Companion of the Order of Canada. Mr. Johnston is a director of Masco Corporation, Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited and Arise Technologies Inc. He is also a Founding Trustee of the MasterCard Foundation.
